房間寬敞舒適，用品齊全。浴缸緊挨落地窗，可以邊泡澡邊觀景。位置緊鄰地鐵站，出行方便。隨房贈送了大堂吧下午茶，有水果、點心、咖啡和茶。
不足之處是房間比較老舊，衞生間裏的電視看不了，聯繫前台安排了客房人來，又安排了工程部的人來才發現是因為連接的有線信號，現在不用了，所以看不了。客房的人還説了一句，一般人都不看，服務不夠專業，服務意識有待提高。水果品質一般，不甜也不新鮮。

在大玉米邊上，位置不錯。年初一看了精彩的煙火，酒店性價比不錯，雖然房間設施老舊了點，淋浴下水有問題，導致洗澡時間受限制，但是處理問題還是迅速的，態度可以。送的mini bar，下午茶都還行，早餐品種就68這個價位太少了。

酒店比較老了，但是位置非常好，周邊環境非常好，景色也不錯，離大玉米步行很近晚上去看鄭州市民放煙花了，非常漂亮。給了牛奶和小點心。服務特別好。除了空調不暖之外沒有毛病。
