整體地方非常污糟邋遢，一入到屋內就聞到有臭味，地理位置不方便，附近都沒有吃的及買的。特別是睡房環境真的很差，床舖有臭味，洗手間環境十分惡劣，座廁污糟有臭味沒有清潔乾淨，還有在睡房捉到蟑螂，沖涼又沒有熱水，水壓又很低，洗澡都十分困難，連睡覺都很不舒服。問房東他說找人修理，根本就沒有，隔天都是一樣，退房那天還給房東扣了錢，說整欄了某設施，但入住的時候房東都沒有給我們檢查清楚呀，住客根本無從求證。租住價格還很貴，完全不值得，強烈建議不要租住，特別帶小孩的，因為連洗澡都洗不了，睡覺又不舒服，真的很差勁。

這次在縵庭一期別墅的入住體驗非常棒，別墅非常寬敞，有單人床、雙人床，一大家族入住別墅也能住得下。別墅的娛樂設施也很給力，有麻將機、桌球、乒乓球、遊戲機等等，KTV隔音效果好，家人們都玩的很開心。店長服務響應及時，需要的工具也給我們提供了。

部分設備不太好使了，比如冰箱製冷堪憂，飲料一直不冷，有些菜放在裏面第二天就壞了；煮飯的鍋都銹的；KTV設備感覺很老沒什麼歌能點；睡覺的床動一下都吱呀作響。對於我們這種家族聚會來説最重要的還是冰箱和床的問題是硬傷，如果這兩個問題改善了還是可能會再選擇這裏的，環境確實不錯，服務也可以休閑區和娛樂區的佈局挺喜歡的，KTV小房間像小酒吧很有氛圍感，整體娛樂設備挺多挺齊全的不會感到無聊，整個房子隔音效果感覺做得挺好。管家小哥也挺認真負責，會及時儘量幫忙解決遇到的問題
