Great Location on top of a mall. Room was spacious and clean with great air-conditioning. Sound proof was excellent. Expect a good night's rest and a great breakfast in the morning.

I stayed in this hotel for only one night with my family. Overall this hotel was good, my two kids were happy and they like the room and the food here. The hotel staff service was also good as I felt that they are being polite and helpful and most of the time I felt warm and just as comfortable as feel like at my home when they served me. The hotel gym room was great. We have also went out for dinner outside and the food there was so yummy, In generally all of my family members have enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again.

Good check in/out service. Restaurant waitress is extremely friendly! What a pleasant stay experience. Highly recommended.

However, the windows are fully closed, so the ventilation in the room is very poor. The most regrettable thing is that I checked into the room on the 8th floor at more than 12 o'clock in the evening. There should be an air conditioner or other equipment above my head. It was like sleeping in a workshop with roaring machines for one night. When I checked out, I reported the situation to the big sister at the front desk. There was no apology, just a cold statement that I would report it to the higher-ups. The deterioration of infrastructure is not a big problem, but the service awareness has also deteriorated. It is a management problem. I will definitely not stay there again.

The hotel itself does not have many parking spaces, and it does not coordinate and manage guest parking. When traveling by car, there is no parking space. You have to park in a parking lot far away, which is even more inconvenient when it rains. Parking on a road that is not wide is not ideal. When leaving the store, we are blocked by other parked vehicles. We have to wait for 30 to 40 minutes for the store to coordinate and deal with it. The store staff asks us to drive down several stairs to leave. Very unreasonable! ! I'm here to stay in a hotel for a vacation, not to take a driver's license test! ! The restaurant staff used paper to register our breakfast dishes for the next day one night in advance, but when we arrived to eat, we had to wait for a while and then came back to place a new order and register. What is the operation? As a result, I had to wait for 30-40 minutes before the cold food was served when the passenger capacity was less than 50%. It tasted good. I attached a picture of the breakfast for two (there were two bowls of porridge that I didn’t take). For those who have to drive to get to the hotel, The location of the store and the parking situation are a headache, a very bad experience!
