Mount Putuo Shanshui Hotel

The hotel is very clean and the lady at the front desk is very nice and responsive. The rooms are also smart, which is great! Round trip transfer service from Putuoshan Pier to the hotel: it is also very fast and convenient to pick up and drop off from the terminal by car. The experience is great.

The facilities are complete and advanced, clean and tidy; the service attitude is very good; the shuttle to and from the hotel is very good

The room is simple and hygienic, and the service is very attentive. There is a shuttle service from Putuoshan Pier to the hotel. We took our children to pay homage near Puji Temple and it was too late and we didn’t have a car to go back to the hotel. The children were tired and didn’t want to leave. We contacted the hotel and sent a car immediately. Thank you very much for taking us back. Thank you very much for your thoughtfulness. We also gave you a blessing gift bag after checking out. The hotel is very comfortable. There is a special car to take you to the Zen temple. The front desk staff has a very good attitude👍

床上有頭髮、感覺衞生很差、一夜沒怎麼睡、好痛苦！早上下樓就是一股餐館的怪味兒、更加暴躁了！隔音效果也不好、早上四點多快五點的時候就有人敲我門（估計是敲錯門了）但是走廊説話都能聽的清楚！堪稱奔潰！台盆下水也慢的要死！刷個牙都要等下水的時間！體驗感很差……

房間雖小還算精緻乾淨，前台服務很好，接送都很及時，位置也還可以，步行十五分鐘能到普濟寺，感覺比住民宿要舒服點，推薦～窗外風景靠海很棒

特別滿意，房間不但乾淨衞生，前台經理也很熱情，很耐心告訴我們怎麼坐車，看我們有長者小孩還叫司機接我們，特別感謝，給前台經理點贊👍

山水S酒店在普陀山的西側，位置離碼頭有點距離，但酒店有提供接送服務，去往幾個主景點都有酒店車輛接送，可與酒店前台小姐姐先聯繫好。 酒店樓下還有一個非酒店停車場，是前往索道和碼頭的收費車輛，出行很方便。 酒店房間內部裝修還是挺新的，有小度機器人可聲控房間燈光、電視、窗簾等等，很智能化。 房間提供一次性牙具、一次性拖鞋、洗髮水沐浴露、洗手液、浴巾，水壺等，整體完善。 房型整體來説不是很大，走廊與房間隔音效果一般，但房間乾淨舒適，前台工作人員服務態度很好，臨走前還送了一份據説開光過的禮品，還是很貼心的。
