Reception was good and he changed our room to a non-smoking room to assure us that there was no smoking smell.
The housekeeping was also helpful when we asked for assistance. She also left a hand written message after cleaning our room to wish us a pleasant trip. It was very touching. Well done!

I really enjoy the stay in this hotel, although it is a big old style one, but the staff is very helpful, and everyday will have the room service to clean up. and the room is very tidy. I will definitely recommend my friends or customer to choose this hotel if they come to Zhu Hai.

這個酒店真的非常無語，漲價漲到飛起不説，體驗真的非常糟糕。首先一進門就是一大股黴味，廁所跟洗澡的共用一道門，花灑還漏水，抽風機跟油煙機一樣吵，洗澡外面還能看到。設備非常老舊且破爛，為什麼壞了都不去換去修？

大廳不夠大氣，像那種縣城的賓館，剛到前台，服務員一句您好都沒有，簡單粗暴的來一句：拿身份證來登記！進到房間聞到一股煙味，換了個所謂無煙房間還是有煙味兒衹能再換房。房間裝修很過時，屬於20多年前的風格，家倶、裝飾板顏色太有年代感，而且有掉漆現像，整體很有壓抑感。電視機屏幕太小，不入主流。衞生間門和洗手盆互相干涉，設計的有問題，開門之後擋住洗手枱。馬桶也是30年前的品種太老了。淋浴間的花灑水時冷時熱的，很不爽，花灑頭也無法固定在某一個角度，很是無語，淋浴間地漏也是堵塞的，沖個涼滿地積水。床單、枕頭套有一些污漬也沒清乾淨，衹能叫服務員拿個床單來墊着，真是夠嗆。第2天早上6點多沒起床時，從外面飄進來很大的油煙味，被迫馬上關窗。然後到2樓餐廳吃早餐，餐廳門口是個工程部的阿哥來幫忙收票，應該是春節期間人手不足吧。早餐品種一般，炒麪.煎蛋.牛奶等等很多都是涼的，搞到沒什麼胃口。不知道這個酒店的4顆星、4.8分評價是怎麼搞來的？完全是騙人的，個人感覺就是2星級左右。酒店的優點就是比較安靜，房間夠大。但是槽點太多了，以後不會來住了，體驗感太差，就這樣吧。

入住體驗真是差，訂了二房一廳的，剛開始幾間空調都是壞的，跑上跑下，大包小包拎來拎去換了第三間才算是勉強過得去有點涼，然後換的房間也是兩房一廳另外一個房間多個床前台追到房間來要錢。説之前訂的是400多現在要買成那個500多的！我就想説你們的房間問題跑來跑去不優惠就算了。升級一下安撫一下客户也可以吧！還追上門要錢！！！差評！！

不建議入住！！！連住了4天，兩天攜程，兩天直接續住。每天早上6點多外面的工地就開始突突突，天天被吵醒。這就算了，忙沒時間投訴換。前台續住的時候我們續的無早的房型，前台和我們説可以送早餐，還説了一會，我還問了有餐券嗎，人員説過去直接報房號就可以吃。結果早上去吃的時候又説不能吃了，弄的人尷尬的要命。又不是一定要吃，前幾天無早在外面買的吃的也很愉快，給人説可以去吃人去了又不行了才是讓人最氣憤的，浪費人時間和心情。居住環境和服務真的差到極點，不會再考慮入住了。
