提前在攜程上訂的房，也請攜程客服與酒店確認豪華標間是有空調的。可到店總枱説網上訂的沒空調，衹有在前台訂才可以，無奈聯繫了攜程客服，才得以住了帶空調的房間。可到房間發現沒有瓶裝水，沒有加濕器也沒有吸氧設備和歡迎水果，這些都是酒店宣傳上寫的。衞生間裏裝了暖風機，可沒有暖風，看了幾間房都沒有，洗澡水温的，又沒有取暖設備，是沒法洗澡的，希望酒店要誠信經營。
