I've stayed in 2 Vision Apartments buildings in Zurich recently, compared to the other (Wolframplatz) this one is clearly older and not as well maintained. They use a self-check in process and seems to outsource all customer service. Fine in principle, terrible when you have issues - which you will. A few of many examples: I paid for a parking spot but someone was in it, so they moved me to a spot 15 minutes walk from the apartment. For the next few days I received additional confusing charges and invoices because of the change. I also tried for over a week to get them to give me hand soap in the bathroom (shown on the inventory list!). I ended up just buying one because they couldn't work it out with the cleaning staff, who are the only staff on-site and no one can seem to properly contact. Overall the apartments are OKish, but for this price you shouldn't have to deal the company's internal communication issues. I've wasted hours of my life calling them repeatedly asking for the same things over and over.
