Words cannot describe how nice the owner & all the staffs. Owner helped to buy us tickets,give us Zhangjiajie National forest English map,and guide us through the forest on the map. Staffs helped us to heat our halal food. The hotel is nearby to halal restaurants by foot,near to attractions (East Gate),massage center & shops. Hotel offered free ride from and to East Gate. The hotel has river view and we get to have breakfast by the river. Our room also has balcony.

It has a humble setting full of character, and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The absolute best local, short walk across the road to the cable car station. She was incredibly resourceful, answering my countless questions months before my arrival with sincere and very prompt replies! But wait, there's more! She booked all our park tickets with discounts (72 Wonder Towers, Tianmen Mountain and 4 days Zhangjiajie National Park. She even offered to help plan our itinerary for the National Park based on the weather conditions after we moved to a different accommodation.  She checked on us constantly to make sure we were okay, treating us truly like family. Her service is next level—beyond 5 stars! Her warmth and consideration made our trip unforgettable. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. This hotel is worth every cent, the rooms are clean and tidy with beautiful decor. It is nicely located close to the entrance of the town and provides an amazing view to the waterfalls. I would totally recommend a visit to this place; The best part was how helpful and attentive the staff is providing ease to schedule transport to and fro the station, notes about the town and helping carry all the luggage

The biggest surprise of my trip to Furong Ancient Town was definitely choosing to stay at Tuwangxinggong Babutang. This guesthouse is built upon the ruins of the Ming Dynasty Tusi Palace, divided into the Youyang Palace historical site area and the Babutang Cliffside B&B area. The architecture features authentic Tujia stilt houses, rooted directly into the cliff face. Opening the window offers a direct view of the Furong Ancient Town waterfall, a vista that trumps most other accommodations in town.

Room was very nice, facilities were all good. Location was a quick walk to the waterfall. The towels had holes in them, there were dead squished flies on the walls. We weren't aware when booking that the entry to the scenic area wasn't included so we paid another 90 yuan per person just to enter. The staff were generally helpful but she confused the paid performances with others. We were told we could watch each of the performances but then were refused to enter the area. But, they offered a free pick up from the railway station and offered to for a ride back. The room is right next to a bar with live music so isn't quiet at night.

Our stay at this lodge was absolutely unforgettable. The views were simply breathtaking, waking up and looking out over such beautiful scenery was an experience in itself. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed, which made the whole stay feel so relaxing and comfortable. Also really close to the park and they even offered a free shuttle to the park. The food was also outstanding, with every meal being fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Most of all, this lodge was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The peaceful atmosphere combined with the amazing surroundings made it a truly special getaway. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape with incredible views and exceptional hospitality.

This guesthouse was a lovely place to stay. The staff were really helpful and kind, and the room was excellent. It is very close to the south gate of the national forest park, and the owner even drove us to the entrance in the morning. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Btw, the breakfast is 10/10.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The amenities were complete and very convenient during my stay. There is also a spacious public area which is perfect for relaxing, working, or hanging out with friends. The host was very friendly and always active in helping guests whenever assistance was needed. Their hospitality made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again in the future.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Our biggest discovery was the rooftop. The view from up there is simply mesmerizing — we spent our evenings there. It’s a place of pure peace that we will remember forever. But the true treasure of this hotel is its owners. We haven’t met such kind, caring, and sincere people in a long time. Special thanks for your help with booking tickets to the attractions. Thanks to you, we avoided all the queues and saw the most important sights without any hassle. This inn is well located in wulingyuan about 2km walk from zhangjiajie's eastern gate, a short warmup walk before park opening if desired. The staff were very kind giving a thorough runthrough of the complex park routes, buying discounted ticket at midnight! And even offering a complimentary ride to the park itself! I couldnt rate the staff more highly. The room itself was clean and large, though the restroom did suffer from some ventilation issues, it was a pleasant experience and thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
