First time visiting Furong Ancient Town, and this hotel was an absolute delight! The staff's service was top-notch – incredibly kind, attentive, and highly responsible. To ensure my stay was perfect, she proactively offered tons of super practical tips for getting around and finding great food, always ready to help with anything I needed. Truly exceptional hospitality! The hotel's environment and cleanliness were impeccable, and right outside our room, there was a free self-service washer and dryer. The breakfast staff, especially the auntie who prepared our vegetarian noodle soup, was so thoughtful. Definitely a five-star experience! If you're also visiting Furong Ancient Town for the first time, don't hesitate – this is the place to book!

She even offered to help plan our itinerary for the National Park based on the weather conditions after we moved to a different accommodation.  She checked on us constantly to make sure we were okay, treating us truly like family. Her service is next level—beyond 5 stars! Her warmth and consideration made our trip unforgettable. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. I want to take a moment here to describe one of my best moments with the staff from this establishment. Not only this place is located neitherly next to the fall for the best view; but they were always there to provide mewith the best care I also never experienced before from giving me a private tour around from themselves willingness, give me free liquor or drinks even if I didn’t want to some time.🤗. I got dressed up from his brothers shop; for me was an honour to be like having their cultural outfit for the day, show me the best restaurants around to taste the rich flavours of the region. And off course the incredible view at night from my balcony is unbelievable. This pale can receive sigle, couple and families. The room are rusting and very warm. It’s for me a 5 stars of the personality of the place and base on luxury. You won’t regret it! 👍🏼💝🙏

Best views and location ever. The room was super clean, the bed is confortable, a/c works great. TV id duper cool because it is a proyector, everything is in Chinese. It is so convinient that they offer free airport/ train station drop off and pick up. We booked last minute and the price was pretty high my recommendation is to book ahead of time so you don’t end up paying more than what is really worth.

We had such a wonderful stay here and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. 1. We requested an early check‑in at 10:30 AM, and the staff kindly prepared the room in time. 2. When we needed a paper printed, they helped us immediately without hesitation. 3. They provided us with a map and explained the show timings clearly, which made exploring the town much easier. 4. Our room had a beautiful and peaceful riverside view—truly relaxing. 5. Both receptionists were extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. 6. Even before our arrival, the hotel kept following up and responded promptly to all my questions via Trip.com. Everything about this stay—from the thoughtful service to the serene view—made our Furong visit memorable.

Wow, what a gem Banpoli is!! We loved being just a 5 min drive from the South Gate entrance to the national park. Free rides from the sisters were so convenient! Breakfast was great, the room was spacious, and a major highlight was sitting in the bathtub watching the fog roll over the mountains after a day of hiking. The sisters running the hotel were truly amazing - they provided dinner recommendations, helped us order takeout to our room when we were too tired to go out, made sure breakfast came quickly so we could get to the park early, and did 2 loads of laundry for us! When we informed them we changed some of our itinerary due to rain and would check out early, they urged us to contact Trip.com customer service so they could help approve a refund for the 1 night we weren't going to be there!!! We are so grateful to them! Banpoli was my favorite hotel in my 17 day China trip and I hope to visit again one day!

Amazing hotel for the price, and the staff are so lovely, kind and helpful! We arrived using the free transfer service, and were welcomed with an upgraded room looking down onto the ancient town - which was particularly amazing at night. The hotel is very conveniently located next to an entrance to the ancient town. Breakfast was nice, and the staff helped us with tickets to the ancient town. The rooms had a very nice atmosphere, and were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again, and would recommend to any international tourists! Thank you!

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Our biggest discovery was the rooftop. The view from up there is simply mesmerizing — we spent our evenings there. It’s a place of pure peace that we will remember forever. But the true treasure of this hotel is its owners. We haven’t met such kind, caring, and sincere people in a long time. Special thanks for your help with booking tickets to the attractions. Thanks to you, we avoided all the queues and saw the most important sights without any hassle. This inn is well located in wulingyuan about 2km walk from zhangjiajie's eastern gate, a short warmup walk before park opening if desired. The staff were very kind giving a thorough runthrough of the complex park routes, buying discounted ticket at midnight! And even offering a complimentary ride to the park itself! I couldnt rate the staff more highly. The room itself was clean and large, though the restroom did suffer from some ventilation issues, it was a pleasant experience and thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
