The deluxe room was quite spacious, and the hotel was clean and hygienic. The service was attentive. There was also a security guard with a spray bottle at the entrance, so safety was assured!

This hotel has transport to the airport terminals, which is really helpful. It’s nice and comfortable, perfect if you have an early flight. The location is very close to Dhaka airport, only about a 5-10-minute drive. The room was clean, but the decoration felt a bit old compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Uttara.

Excellent Transit Hotel Given the city's terrible traffic, I decided not to venture out and instead stayed at this hotel during my 12-hour transit. It was a great experience using this hotel as a stopover before my domestic flight. The gym was unavailable due to renovation work and appeared quite small, but the rooftop bar was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

Being a stranger in Dhaka, the hotel staff is showing their polite, passionate to their guest. I can feel cozy and warmth during my staying. The room is clean and the breakfast food is good. Every hotel staff can remember my favourite food and habit in 3 days only.

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were professional and attentive, with strong attention to detail. I would like to clarify one issue related to room service. One night I ordered soup due to stomach discomfort. While ordering, I clearly stated that I needed absolutely no spice, not even mildly spicy. Despite this, the soup delivered was very spicy, with visible spices on top. After the first sip, my lips were burning. The staff immediately offered to replace the dish. In the meantime, my girlfriend exchanged meals with me, which resolved the issue. Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room window was very pleasant. at first they gave me wrong room which is downgraded from double to singgle room, i check in at 2 in the morning is quite disappointing bcs i can't sleep at all bcs the bed are way to small for both of us, i want change the room immediately but they said it's no available for double deluxe room (type room that i booked). and the next day finally they change our room but still you have to pay attention next time about this things. water heater didn't work i can tolerate bcs the weather are still hot any way, the breakfast are good, friendly staff quite location and safe. thx

The staff in this hotel are the most professional and courteous I’ve ever encountered especially Salahuddin and Amin. Food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. Bed and bed linen was very comfortable. Gym and pool facilities are very good. Only complaints are was the front desk staff insisting we register with IHG in order to get wifi, this was at 3am after arriving from the airport from a long flight and also the temperature in the room could not be controlled so it became quite warm and uncomfortable at times.
