"We found this resort to have everything we needed to have an excellent vacation. The majority of the staff was very welcoming and courteous every time we had any encounter with them. "The hotel room was ok, although it was close to the beach but the room did not feel very humid. The facilities in the room are old and the hair dryer in our room is a bit sticky. "We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 5 nights. We loved the choice of restaurants, pools, shops, the stunning beach (definitely opt for a sea view room!) The resort is huge. But then it’s balanced out by lots of choice. A few niggles eg. Charging extra for beds next to the pool - these were often left empty (as were all the cabanas) so felt like a waste. They high daily resort fee should cover these costs. Or just have all beds the same good quality?! The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Just missed things like… a sanitary bin by the toilet, amenities beyond shampoo and soap, no cosmetic removal pads, no spare toilet roll. No notepad and pen even - just basic amenities you’d expect in a standard resort, let alone a high end one. All in all, it’s a fab place for couples, families with all ages of kids, it’s great for hosting work conventions - they racially have it all, all in beautiful surroundings!"
