Very satisfied with this stay! The hotel is strategically located and convenient to travel. The front desk service is warm and efficient, and actively helps to store luggage. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the shower water pressure was sufficient, and the night was peaceful. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great. Overall value for money, highly recommended, will choose here next time!

The best hotel we stayed at in china. A small traditional bulding, two floors. With a modern bathroom, fully equiped. Beautiful designed with lovely spaces to sit around and enjoy the traditional designs and details. It's situated in the best location in the old town pedestrial street, very friendly abd a lovely fresh chinese breakfast.

Highly, highly recommend! This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in, not just for its thoughtful service, but also for its proactive and highly professional, personalized approach. The hotel's location is exceptional, very close to Bright Summit and prime spots for sunrise and sunset viewing, and it's on the main route to other popular attractions. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, specifically catering to hikers. Plus, they offer free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for guests to wear for photos. They also provide complimentary down jackets for use in the guest rooms. The service, though, is what truly stands out—it's incredibly attentive! And all the services are proactively offered, anticipating guests' needs, which completely redefined my understanding of hotel room service. We were able to check in several hours early, saving us from lugging our luggage up the mountain. They also gave us very clear recommendations for our Huangshan itinerary! Seeing an extra child in our room, they proactively brought extra toiletries. They also reminded us multiple times about sunset times, etc. After we finished exploring for the day and returned to the hotel... that's when the real magic happened—this service truly exceeded my expectations. First, we were invited to watch a performance arranged by the hotel, then offered orange juice, followed by foot soak packets delivered to our room, and even a 20-minute free massage chair session. Isn't this exactly what we needed after a full day of strenuous hiking? A little while later, presumably after we finished our foot soaks, fresh fruit was delivered directly to our door! Did we think it was over? No, local specialty snacks were also brought to us! The next day, even after we had checked out and were about to leave, they offered milk tea and bottled water, all to keep us hydrated during our climb. This service is truly incredibly thoughtful. The key is that all of this was proactively offered by them. Before staying at this Baiyun Hotel, I honestly had no idea service could be this good! It's absolutely amazing! Huangshan is beautiful, and I'll definitely be back, and I'll be staying here again next time.

The Pig’s Inn is a very cozy place that makes you feel like home. Bishan village is far away from the city so I asked the hotel for help with taxi arrangement. Manager Fang Xin (方鑫) gave me the contact to the driver who was always on time and gave me lots of tips about hiking up mount Huang. The room in the hotel was really clean and warm regardless of the very cold weather outside. The hotel staff is super nice, they waited for us with dinner till really late. As my family is really picky when it comes to food Pig’s Inn was a perfect place to eat dinner and breakfast as they made all the dishes according to the needs of my family. In the evening there was a huge spider in our room (came there suddenly), the nice woman form the hotel helped us to remove it from the room. Everything was perfect and our trip was really nice thanks to the Pig’s Inn ☺️

A hidden, ancient courtyard tucked away in Tunxi Old Street, featuring a stargazing loft where you can gaze at the starry sky and bright moon directly from your bed. On the Mid-Autumn Festival, I was able to lie in bed and watch the moon without stepping outside—it was truly dreamlike. The common areas are incredibly spacious; my child spent time practicing calligraphy and playing the guzheng, completely captivated. It was wonderfully relaxing, washing away all the fatigue from yesterday's hike up Huangshan.

This charming guesthouse is nestled at the foot of Huangshan Mountain, conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the shuttle bus pick-up point. We booked two rooms, and the owner was incredibly hospitable. Noticing we had children, they kindly upgraded one of our rooms to a family room free of charge. The guesthouse provides complimentary trekking poles (a real lifesaver for my legs!), and there's an on-site restaurant on the ground floor. After dinner, we enjoyed strolling by the stream just downstairs, where we saw people fishing.

The service is very good, the environment is nice, you can go to the old street when you go down, it is a very good characteristic hotel, I recommend it to everyone. Stay here to experience the characteristic architecture, snacks, and humanities of Huizhou Old Street, and experience it slowly.

The Xihai Hotel is located near the Xihai Grand Canyon, about an hour's walk from the Yungu cable car, with not too many steps. We saw many porters along the way, who work incredibly hard, so we understand the slightly higher room rates. The rooms are quite compact; the beds are not much bigger than those in university dorms, everything is miniature-sized 🤣. However, I must praise the excellent service. The staff were warm and attentive, and the front desk even offered comforting ginger tea, which was a thoughtful touch in the sub-zero temperatures. We also received a complimentary souvenir, which we would have happily taken if we weren't already heavily burdened from hiking down the mountain! I particularly enjoyed the 7:30 PM lobby performance; it was creative and considerate, with almost everyone getting a small stool to sit on. The Cloud Foot Massage within the hotel seemed effective, aside from the price! The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, with many items I enjoyed. The black tea and coffee were average; the black tea was milder than the local Qimen black tea from Huangshan but still pleasantly warming.

The hotel's location is excellent and easily accessible. The interior facilities are comprehensive and tidy, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and hygienic. The revolving restaurant has a great ambiance, offering a variety of delicious specialty foods. Overlooking the beautiful scenery of Xiaoyaojin Park and Nanfei River, it's truly refreshing! The hotel staff are also very warm and attentive. It was a satisfying stay, and I would definitely come again if I have the chance.

My visit to Hefei was exclusively to catch the special exhibition at the Anhui Museum on its final day. Therefore, staying at the Hefei Parkview Hotel, situated just a street away from the museum, was the ideal choice. Prior to my arrival, the hotel proactively called to inquire about my specific needs. Upon check-in, my 38th-floor room offered stunning sunset views – a fantastic bonus! The hotel boasts elegant design and a rich artistic ambiance, with the classical music playing throughout being perfectly to my taste. As one of Hefei's highly-rated hotels, its facilities, cleanliness, overall environment, and service all genuinely lived up to its reputation, and it offered excellent value for money. All in all, I'll definitely be back.
