"This hotel in Granada is truly charming and rustic. Tucked away in a narrow alley, walking on the cobblestone streets felt like stepping back into medieval Spain. The chandeliers in the lobby, the antique cabinets, and the paintings on the walls all whispered tales of times gone by. The hotel's ambiance gave us a taste of old-world European elegance. The room size was perfectly adequate; we could easily open two suitcases. The small balcony with its floor-to-ceiling window allowed the sunlight to stream in, and the white curtains gently swayed in the breeze, adding a touch of sophistication. Although the bathroom had a bathtub and the facilities felt a bit dated, experiencing such a distinctly European hotel made these minor imperfections fade into the background. Being close to the street, there could be some noise, but earplugs easily solved that. The only thing I found a bit unusual was that the duvet insert was placed between two sheets. I heard many hotels in Europe do this; I even encountered this bedding style in a 5-star hotel in Barcelona. Despite these small quirks, I still fondly remember this historic hotel."

"I cannot really descripe how amazing my stay was everything was perfect staff was really welcoming this stay was really shocking to me i thoght there were no more hotel caring about their geusts more than money but your hotel was taking care about everything , staff done my room house keeping 4 times in two nights only , all drinks in mini bar was free they give me free deserts free chocolate daily , they even helped me with my tours , thank you very much i can tell it wont be my last visit i will see you soon for sure . "The hotel’s location is its biggest advantage — right in the heart of Sevilla’s old city center, making it perfect for exploring on foot. All the main attractions, restaurants, and charming streets were just steps away. However, the room itself was quite small and lacked any natural light, which made it feel a bit cramped. Overall, it’s a good option if location is your top priority, but comfort inside the room could be improved. And also there is a coffee shop at the reception which is very convenient for a quick breakfast."

"Facilities: The hotel's facilities are quite new. The lobby is very beautiful, as shown in the picture, very recommended Hygienic: The room is very clean, slippers and toothbrushes are available. Environment: Just in the center of Cordoba, there are a lot of food below, and you can walk to the Grand Mosque for more than 10 minutes. And there are also gourmet restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, the kind of Michelin. Service: The service is very good and the attitude is great!"

"Great stay in a perfect location Patios del Orfebre is a lovely place to stay right in the heart of the historic area. The location is excellent—close to all the main tourist attractions, surrounded by beautiful old streets and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself was very clean, cozy, and full of charm. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. It’s a great choice if you want to experience the character of the old city while staying somewhere comfortable and quiet. SSS978The hotel itself is very nice, and the location is excellent—strategically located just outside the city wall, making it convenient to access the historic area and nearby transportation. The facilities and overall environment were pleasant. However, I could not give full marks because of the service we experienced during checkout. We needed to get to the train station with two carry-on bags and two large suitcases, and I was traveling with my 70-year-old mother. I asked the front desk if they could help call a taxi for us. Surprisingly, the request was refused. I find it unacceptable that such a basic request could not be accommodated. It was also lightly drizzling at the time. Instead of offering assistance, the front office staff who did our check-out told us that we could simply walk across the street to the taxi stand and get a taxi ourselves. Doing so with multiple pieces of luggage and an elderly parent in the light rain is clearly not reasonable. What made the experience even more disappointing was that after giving this response, she did not offer any further help and simply ignored us. By the time I walked to the taxi stand, there was no taxi available. It’s also worth noting that Paseo de la Victoria is a large multi-lane avenue, not a small street that can be crossed easily. In the end, I had to leave my 70-year-old mother waiting in the hotel lobby while I went across to the taxi stand myself. When a taxi finally arrived, I asked the driver to come back to the hotel entrance to pick us up. We were also rushing to catch our train, so the whole situation became unnecessarily stressful. Thankfully we still managed to make it on time, but this could easily have been avoided if the front desk had simply helped call a taxi. I have been traveling to Europe multiple times every year since the early 2000s and have stayed in well over a hundred hotels across the continent. In all those years, this is the first time a simple request to call a taxi was so bluntly rejected by a hotel front desk. For a property that presents itself as a five-star hotel, this level of indifference to a basic guest request—especially when an elderly guest is involved—is simply unacceptable and left a very poor final impression of what was otherwise a pleasant stay. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about choosing to stay at other Eurostars properties in the future.

IismaelMThe apartment is in the heart of Seville, just a few meters from the Mushrooms in Plaza de la Encarnación, so the location is excellent. The apartment has absolutely everything: kitchenware, bathroom amenities, a closet outside the bedroom, an ironing board and iron, towels, a duvet, and two pillows per bed. The bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the street and air conditioning. The living room is spacious with a TV and a large, fully soundproofed, and very bright window overlooking Plaza del Cristo Burgos, from where you can see the Mushrooms of the Encarnación. The bathroom was spacious and everything was very clean. The apartment is one of the best I've stayed in in Seville to date. Bright, spacious, and right in front of the parish of San Pedro. And the location? Unbeatable. It's right in the center of Seville, just a few meters from the Encarnación (the mushrooms). Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in these apartments again. A very gratifying weekend. The automated check-in process may be a bit confusing. But there are two highly trained receptionists who will help you with everything.

The location is unbeatable, very close to Seville's Santa Justa train station, which is incredibly convenient for travelers arriving by train – it saved me the hassle of lugging my luggage around. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the hotel's overall design felt vibrant. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling solo or by train!

SsaharamoonI still had a little bit when I booked this hotel. Two nights 7000 included three meals, not including children's meals. Look at the comments and say that the breakfast is rich and worried about stepping on the pit. After arriving, the more you live, the more you don’t want to go, it’s a bit like c lu b Med, there are various activities every day, according to the age of the child, you can play until 11 o'clock in the evening. The hotel faces the beach, walks left to the lively night market and restaurants, and to the right is the volleyball court. There are no Asians here, and the waiter will be very enthusiastic to us. The most cow is the meal. I am too lazy to eat salmon. The sweet red shrimp is longer than my palm. There is also wheel cheese pasta. The fresh juice in the morning is fresh. We can't eat it for two days.

GGuest UserThis hotel is punching above its weight and winning. The staff are all really friendly and really take pride in making sure your stay goes well. While on holiday I had a problem with my suitcase not wanting to unlock (likely due to being thrown about in the plane). The staff helped me and found a solution to get inside by cutting the tags and smoothing them off to avoid injury. Without which I'd have had no clothes for the trip. While in Spain we had the national power outage which was totally beyond anyone's control. The staff handled this the best they possibly could. Allowing us to gather water from the pool to aid with flushing toilets, which were affected by the power outage. Providing us with candles and matches. As well as the rooms having a torch inside. When the power came back on, they organised a get-together with complimentary drinks and nibbles to thank us for our patience. This was a lovely touch even though this wasn't the hotels fault. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and I was so impressed by the new design and choices that had been made. The resort was kept clean all the time by the fantastic cleaning team who were always doing something. All members of staff were friendly and were on board with the hotels pledge to reduce its environmental impact. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking but on street free parking is so easy to find between the hotel and the park that this isn't an issue. The location is minutes away from the seafront and a selection of places to get breakfast and other meals. I've been to this hotel before, but I've seen a real improvement this year in how Sahara Sunset is being ran. I look forward to seeing how they continue to develop.
