It is a beautiful hotel with a large indoor courtyard. The rooms are also large and the beds are comfortable. However, it is essential to maintain a quiet room when booking, because those rooms whose windows are on the main street are extremely noisy overnight! It seems like you were on the street! The street before the hotel is quite narrow and will drive by cars, small trucks and mopeds. In principle it is only quiet from midnight to about 5 a.m. Otherwise it is extremely loud. To loud to sleep! We asked for a quiet room, which the staff also organized thankfully! Therefore, in sum of me 4 stars! The rooms on the street should be technically equipped by the hotel to reduce the noise scenes from outside significantly!
Incredible place to spend family vacations or as a couple, it has all the amenities you can imagine including a slide, tennis court, gyms, spa and more !! Without a doubt, this is going to be the hotel of my preference every time I come to Acapulco. The food is also delicious and everything is of the best quality like the coffee and the services.
The hotel is great , facilities, hostels, but as we don't have beach every day we move on your truck to the Palaya Club, it's great are 10m in truck and you are on the beach with all the services of the Hotel.....for not... there was our problem The beach club shoppers did not listen to us, for 4 times my husband had to stop and go to the bar and come loading food and drink, we called them up to more than 6 times , they said if yes and never arrived anyone to take our order.
The great room and its service at Valet Parking in return said the best I've seen, efficient, friendly,
Finally there was everything in this hotel buried and bad, but obvious attention on the beach is a basic in holidays and was not at the height
The Hotel Paradise Inn provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Hotel Paradise Inn is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Chilpancingo. With Parish of the Holy Cross, Canchas De La Galeana and Parroquia del Espíritu Santo y de Santa María del Perpetuo Socorro. all within a short distance, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. Guests of this Chilpancingo hotel can make use of the parking facilities.
They should maintain the pool stairs, they should have an all-inclusive plan and they should let you know from the time you check in that they charge to use the cabanas on the beach, we sat down and they surprised us by saying that you had to pay, as already We were installed, we paid, but they should notify us at check-in.
Un lugar muy limpio, muy amables y muy cerca de todo, del centro, de la playa tiendas, comida

LLegalEagleAlthough Acapulco isn't known for having a variety of all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz is one of the resorts that offers this option. The single room is of decent size, and feels cozy, but it does reflect the budget price paid in comparison to the other rooms available. Getting to this hotel does take a bit of a drive, but it's still close enough to the beach to enjoy.
The service was pretty good, with most staff helping if I had questions or any other concerns. The all inclusive food could benefit from more variety, especially if you stay for many days. One area of concern was the quality of their seafood, as the shrimp did have a funky odor during dinner.
All in all, this is a good all-inclusive resort, as long as you get a decent price for your package.
GGuest UserThe location is regular, as Taxco is a small town whose centre is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast is regular as well, nothing special, though, if it was not included in the tariff, I would prefer to have a breakfast at a restaurant around Zocalo. Of the negative impressions -- the room was quite poor: although big enough (two floors), the furniture was old and not functioning (no gas in the kitchen; a radio from the 1950s was there but it did not work). The inner yard is rather a contra, since it was full of families with kids near the hotel's waterpool listening loud local music all day round. The audibility was poor -- one can easily hear what is happening in a room next to it.
RRosi22The calm beach is the only positive aspect.
Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship.
Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups.
Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style.
It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing.
GGuest UserWe stayed at La Casa Que Canta for our honeymoon. The hotel and accommodations couldn't have been better. Very romantic place. Tranquil with breath-taking views from everywhere - our room, the pool, the restaurant. The friendly staff provided fantastic service. Best of the best!
LLucas AguirreHotel in an excellent central location, in terms of food they are good and they serve enough, I consider that the staff service is not the best, the waiters are very unfriendly and the customer service is terrible. The facilities are many years old and the furniture in the place is not very nice (it urgently needs furniture renovation), the obsolete elevators had to wait up to 40 minutes to go down, especially at check-in time.
TTravelling roverThe hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. There are 2 pools but they are in different parts of the hotel. Room was larger than most in Mexico and had a small kitchen. All in it was a good place for the price.
GGuest UserIt's in a good location for sightseeing. It's only a few minutes walk to the square. The front desk staff are very friendly. The room is tasteful and the shower is small but not a problem. The floor gets wet, which is common in overseas hotels, so it's acceptable. I'd like to stay here again when I visit Taxco again.
GGuest UserIt is a very well located place with an enviable view. The hotel is a little old and expensive in high season but in general it has good beds and air conditioning.
