"The hotel facilities are satisfactory, and the pool and gym equipment are well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options, and the taste is suitable for Hongkongers. It's super convenient to get to the theme park, just across the road. Walking to the mall only takes about three minutes, and there are plenty of restaurant choices inside. However, transportation is a bit inconvenient; I'd basically recommend taking a taxi to get there."

"Pls have a look if you are planning to book this hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had at a 5-STAR HOTEL! The problems started from the moment I arrived. During check-in, the receptionist told me that the system was down and was unable to check me in. After trying & waiting for a while, she switched to another computer to complete the check-in. I had to wait around 7 mins just for what should have been a simple check-in. After finally getting my room key, I thought I could finally go to my room and rest at around 6:30 PM. Unfortunately, things only got worse. My initial room was on the 5th/6th floor (can’t remember exactly). When I entered, I was shocked to find that the room had clearly not been cleaned or prepared at all. It was basically left in the same condition as the previous guest had left it. The rubbish had not been cleared, the bedsheet had not been changed, and the blanket was even lying on the floor. The room was dirty & messy, which completely ruined my mood. I immediately tried to contact reception using the room phone, but the phone system also appeared to have a problem. I called three times without answering and only managed to get through on the fourth attempt. When I explained the situation, the receptionist sounded confused and seemed unaware of what had happened. I requested a room change and was told to come back down to reception. When I arrived, the staff there also seemed unaware of the situation. I had to explain everything again. One staff member then went to another staff member, who came over and asked me again what had happened. At that point, I was already very tired and frustrated from having to repeat the same explanation multiple times. After waiting for quite some time, I was told that there were no more king-size rooms available and that they could only offer me a twin room. By then, I was exhausted and simply wanted to rest, so I accepted it. Considering that the initial room was not ready due to the hotel’s own housekeeping issue, I honestly expected at least some gesture of goodwill, such as a complimentary upgrade or compensation. But that was fine. I was eventually assigned Room 719. Before I left reception, the staff simply said “sorry.” The housekeeping situation was especially disappointing. I arrived at around 6:30 PM, while the hotel’s check-out time is 12 PM. There should have been plenty of time for the room to be cleaned and prepared. Yet I was given a room that had apparently not been serviced at all. I could even see housekeeping staff walking around the floor. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel and room was also far from satisfactory. The facilities looked old and poorly maintained, with peeling wallpaper, a damaged chair cushion, dirty carpets, and an air-conditioning system with a noticeable mouldy smell. The lobby looks reasonably well renovated, but the condition behind the surface is a completely different story. For a hotel that has only been operating for a little over 10 years, the level of deterioration and lack of maintenance is difficult to accept. What disappointed me most was that this was not just one isolated issue. The check-in process was inefficient, communication between staff was poor, the room was not ready, housekeeping was inadequate, and the room itself was poorly maintained. This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced."

"The resort is very comfortable, and the cottages are perfect for a family of four. Enjoying the sea breeze and being away from the hustle and bustle, it's worth the special trip from the airport. I saw some negative comments about the hotel before, but I didn't experience any of those issues. Golf carts are used for transportation, and the service is fast. Taking a Grab, it takes about 45 minutes to arrive. The Chinese restaurant is delicious; the fried rice was perfectly cooked. Shopping at the boutique was great, with many discounts and enthusiastic sales assistants – a very pleasant shopping experience. In the evening, there's a free fire show, which is absolutely spectacular. I recommend bringing some cash for tips; it's truly worth watching."

"We enjoyed the breakfast spread during our stay. With eight adults and one toddler, the wide variety—from local and Mediterranean to Japanese, Chinese, vegan, and international options—ensured there was something for everyone. Our only suggestion would be to replace the pillows, as they felt rather flat and lifeless, making them too soft for a comfortable night’s sleep. Overall we had a pleasant stay ."

"Great place, mainly because it's very convenient for getting to the airport. There's also a free bus in the morning to KLIA1/KLIA2. The only slight drawback is that the room is a bit small; it felt a bit cramped for two people plus luggage. However, if you're just staying overnight before flying out the next day, it's perfectly fine. The cleanliness was acceptable too. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and its proximity to the airport is very convenient."

"We came here for a quick, totally unplanned getaway with the family and ended up having a really good time. We booked 3 rooms, and the resort worked really well for a family trip. The location is probably one of the best things about the resort. It’s close to the city and all the activities, but once you’re inside the resort, the city is mostly out of view, so it still feels like a proper getaway. The food was surprisingly good. We went to Ahan twice, once for dinner and again for lunch and enjoyed both visits. The hotel breakfast was fine too, with plenty of choices, although nothing particularly special. The buggy service was helpful whenever one was available. During busier times, it could be a little difficult to get one, so we simply used our own car to get around the other areas. It wasn’t really a problem for us. There are plenty of activities around. We went go-karting, played golf, took the kids to the waterpark, and tried the VR, which was actually really fun. We enjoyed it so much that we went back for VR a second time! Another nice touch is the 24-hour self-service shop. Late at night, we even ordered pizza for the kids, and surprisingly, Grab delivery was able to reach the resort. Overall, there are plenty of activities, restaurants and different types of rooms to choose from. For an unplanned family getaway, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely consider coming back again."

"This is my second stay at this hotel, and my second trip to Malaysia. Last year, I chose to stay here as well, and I picked the same place this year. The rooms are comfortable, and more importantly, the pool is beautiful. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance to a shopping mall and close to the train station."

"Conveniently located next to KLIA2 terminal. It is an ideal location for me as I flew into KLIA2 and then my next journey the next day will be from KLIA2. The location is convenient as it is literally next to the terminal. The hotel was not very well maintained although everything works. Staff service was great. The lobby looks OK but the room is a bit dated."
