"The location is super convenient, with lots of restaurants and great shopping nearby! The only downside was during check-in, the staff's attitude was a bit lackluster, no smiles, and their English wasn't very good. However, the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and a comfortable setting, and the pool was especially beautiful! The gym facilities were top-notch! The service staff were fantastic; the sauna wasn't on, so I informed them I needed the steam room by 11 AM the next day, and they got it ready for me!"

"The room itself was spacious, clean, and having a kitchenette was very convenient, especially for a longer stay. In terms of space and facilities, the accommodation met my expectations. The location may look convenient on the map, but in reality, it isn’t. There are no nearby train or metro stations within easy walking distance, so you’ll most likely need to use Grab every time you want to leave or return to the property. This is something to keep in mind when planning your stay. Unfortunately, the service was the complete opposite. Communication was by far the biggest issue. The property rarely responded through the Trip.com chat, and the WhatsApp support they asked guests to use was even worse. Most requests took hours to receive a reply, and some were simply ignored. During my stay, I reported issues with the air conditioner and later with the water heater. Instead of receiving timely assistance, I often had to follow up multiple times. On one occasion, when I politely asked how long the repair would take, I received the response, “be patient ya, now is heavy check out.” I found this rude and unprofessional. I was simply asking for an estimated waiting time and was always polite in my messages, always saying “please.” Eventually, I stopped relying on their messaging service altogether because it was ineffective. Every time I needed assistance, I had to leave my room and look for housekeeping staff or other employees in the building to get help directly. The room itself has potential, but poor communication, unprofessional customer service, and the inconvenient location significantly affected my overall experience. I would not stay here again unless these issues are addressed."

"There aren't many hotels at Malaysia's KLIA International Airport. The Sama-Sama Hotel, a 5-star property, has been around for a long time and its facilities are a bit dated, while other airport hotels have rooms that are too small. For travelers transiting through Kuala Lumpur or needing an overnight stay, I highly recommend the ibis Styles Sepang KLIA – it's excellent! When I first saw the 4.4 rating on Trip.com, I didn't have high expectations, thinking the facilities would be very ordinary. However, my actual stay completely exceeded them, offering a surprisingly great experience! This hotel, newly opened in 2024, is exceptionally well-maintained. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the overall design is resort-style, with lush greenery everywhere. Upon entering, you're greeted by a fresh, botanical scent, completely devoid of the usual oppressive and stuffy feeling of typical airport hotels 🍃. There’s a wide selection of room types. Solo travelers can choose a standard king or twin room, with 26㎡ of spacious, uncrowded comfort. Couples or friends can upgrade to a Superior room, and for families, the Family room with one king and one single bed can accommodate up to three people. There's also a windowless Deluxe King room, perfect for those just needing a temporary stopover and planning to rest indoors during the day. Accessible rooms are also available for guests with mobility needs. Each room is equipped with a mini-fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a separate shower and bathroom, and a safe. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, perfectly adequate for daily living and work. The amenities are top-notch. There's a large outdoor infinity pool with a shallow kids' area, complete with loungers and parasols – it's incredibly relaxing to soak in the pool and watch the sunset in the evening. The 24-hour gym has a full range of equipment. On the ground floor, there’s a casual bar with live music in the evenings, offering a very relaxed atmosphere. The STREATS restaurant serves local Malaysian dishes and international cuisine, and can accommodate Halal, vegetarian, and children's meals. The breakfast buffet has a rich variety, and buying breakfast separately at the hotel is much more cost-effective than adding it to your online booking. In addition to paid treatments like spa services, facials, and hair washes, the hotel also offers a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a large free outdoor parking lot, so parking is not an issue if you’re driving. The green courtyard area is expansive, perfect for an evening stroll to unwind. Real-life room photos look much better than the online pictures. The décor is positioned at a 4-star standard, but the comfort of the mattresses, soft furnishings, and bathrooms definitely rivals 5-star properties. The only major drawback is the rather poor soundproofing. You can clearly hear guests walking and talking in the hallway, and noises from adjacent rooms. Coupled with the roar of planes taking off and landing, light sleepers can easily be woken up in the middle of the night. The location is incredibly convenient, just 1 km from KLIA airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the airport with fixed schedules; remember to register and book at the front desk before check-in. It's a 5-minute drive to Mitsui Outlet Park, so you can stop by for some shopping during your layover. Overall, this hotel is ideal for travelers needing an overnight airport stay. It's half the price of the 5-star Sama-Sama KLIA in the same area, yet its hardware, environment, and amenities are more modern and comprehensive, making for a great transit experience 👍."

"The lobby is beautiful, and overall it exceeded my expectations – I'm very satisfied! If the price is similar to a capsule hotel at the airport, you should definitely choose this one; it's much more comfortable. Adding breakfast is also very affordable!"

Cons / Things to note: · Towels delivered a bit late in the afternoon — had to wait, so plan accordingly. · Pillows not so nice — could be too flat or firm for some preferences. · Basic amenities only — toothbrush, soap, and shampoo; bring extras if needed. · Deposit RM50 — refundable, but factor into budget. Verdict: A solid budget stopover near KLIA (20 min drive) with great food options nearby and thoughtful touches like pre-cooled rooms. The bed is comfy, but pillows might disappoint. Late towel delivery and basic amenities are minor inconveniences. Good for transit stays if you're not too fussy."

"1.I was disgusted by the bed twin beds bed sheets and bed protectors that were heavily stained with dirty water stains, fungus & mold upon checking into the room i called the housekeeping staff immediatelyto change all of them. 2. The mini fridge was not cold at all and I told the staff to change to another that is functioning when the staff came in to my room after someone else complaint about the cabinet door that does not close tightly. 3. The room furnishings was badly design as the round table does not serve much purposes as it should have a dressing mirror with table for the ladies to use the power plug outlet for their hair and makeup. The bathroom hairdryer does not have a 3 pin outlet. 4.Location was the only good thing I like about this hotel.Walk across a covered linked bridge to the MRT/LRT stations and 1 Utama Shopping Mall , Food court 5. Door man outside with Msian costume Mizuna was very very helpfu and polite when my called Grab could not find my location. He helped me checked for his arrival outside the drive way. We'll deserved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐⭐️️Door man is very helpful in giving directions⭐ 6. I had a 60 minutes foot reflexology massage at the spa, not well organized, massage techniques were so so.Foot soak was just water No essentialoils scent smell at all No hot towel for foot. Not worth the price of RM 168++."

"Our rooms were river facing. Clean room. Toilet cum bath room is very small. Not much space/hangers to hang clothes. The whole bathroom easily get wet during showering. If there were a shower curtain between the toilet bowl and shower area, it may help. Staff is friendly. Lots of eateries/seafood restaurants around."
