"This is a very new hotel, located in the city center, and it doesn't take much time to get to the attractions. The pool is beautiful, an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi. The only downside is that we originally booked two rooms, but the hotel arranged them on different floors, which was very inconvenient. We ended up having to pay extra to upgrade our rooms to be on the same floor. But even then, they were at opposite ends of the hallway, east and west.😅"

"On the 2nd floor of T1, there's a small shuttle bus stop, exactly where my picture shows, opposite a food court with a direct elevator. Actually, it's a quick walk too, just follow the Sami Sami signs. The hotel environment is very good and clean. The lobby has a big screen for watching the World Cup and a smaller screen for flight information. The mini-bar is free. The only downside is that the beds are a bit small; we had two adults and two children, and even with two twin beds pushed together, 2 meters felt cramped. For domestic flights, leaving the hotel two hours beforehand is fine."

"There aren't many hotels at Malaysia's KLIA International Airport. The Sama-Sama Hotel, a 5-star property, has been around for a long time and its facilities are a bit dated, while other airport hotels have rooms that are too small. For travelers transiting through Kuala Lumpur or needing an overnight stay, I highly recommend the ibis Styles Sepang KLIA – it's excellent! When I first saw the 4.4 rating on Trip.com, I didn't have high expectations, thinking the facilities would be very ordinary. However, my actual stay completely exceeded them, offering a surprisingly great experience! This hotel, newly opened in 2024, is exceptionally well-maintained. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the overall design is resort-style, with lush greenery everywhere. Upon entering, you're greeted by a fresh, botanical scent, completely devoid of the usual oppressive and stuffy feeling of typical airport hotels 🍃. There’s a wide selection of room types. Solo travelers can choose a standard king or twin room, with 26㎡ of spacious, uncrowded comfort. Couples or friends can upgrade to a Superior room, and for families, the Family room with one king and one single bed can accommodate up to three people. There's also a windowless Deluxe King room, perfect for those just needing a temporary stopover and planning to rest indoors during the day. Accessible rooms are also available for guests with mobility needs. Each room is equipped with a mini-fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a separate shower and bathroom, and a safe. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, perfectly adequate for daily living and work. The amenities are top-notch. There's a large outdoor infinity pool with a shallow kids' area, complete with loungers and parasols – it's incredibly relaxing to soak in the pool and watch the sunset in the evening. The 24-hour gym has a full range of equipment. On the ground floor, there’s a casual bar with live music in the evenings, offering a very relaxed atmosphere. The STREATS restaurant serves local Malaysian dishes and international cuisine, and can accommodate Halal, vegetarian, and children's meals. The breakfast buffet has a rich variety, and buying breakfast separately at the hotel is much more cost-effective than adding it to your online booking. In addition to paid treatments like spa services, facials, and hair washes, the hotel also offers a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a large free outdoor parking lot, so parking is not an issue if you’re driving. The green courtyard area is expansive, perfect for an evening stroll to unwind. Real-life room photos look much better than the online pictures. The décor is positioned at a 4-star standard, but the comfort of the mattresses, soft furnishings, and bathrooms definitely rivals 5-star properties. The only major drawback is the rather poor soundproofing. You can clearly hear guests walking and talking in the hallway, and noises from adjacent rooms. Coupled with the roar of planes taking off and landing, light sleepers can easily be woken up in the middle of the night. The location is incredibly convenient, just 1 km from KLIA airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the airport with fixed schedules; remember to register and book at the front desk before check-in. It's a 5-minute drive to Mitsui Outlet Park, so you can stop by for some shopping during your layover. Overall, this hotel is ideal for travelers needing an overnight airport stay. It's half the price of the 5-star Sama-Sama KLIA in the same area, yet its hardware, environment, and amenities are more modern and comprehensive, making for a great transit experience 👍."

"Overall, our stay at the Suite Tower was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room cleanliness was satisfactory, and the food provided was decent and enjoyable, despite the limited variety. However, the maintenance issues were quite disappointing. There was absolutely no TV signal on the first day, and by the second afternoon, only a few channels worked but the reception kept lagging. The technician actually came four times in total—twice on the first day and twice on the second day—yet the issue remained completely unresolved. Furthermore, the Suite Tower felt rather dim and gloomy at night, made worse by a flickering lift light. The swimming pool is conveniently located in this tower, but it definitely needs to be cleaned more regularly. The management urgently needs to look into these maintenance issues."

"Worth the price. There’s no carpet, and the floor can feel quite cold. Indoor slippers are not provided, so if you don’t like walking directly on tiled floors, it’s best to bring your own slippers. A nice place for a short vacation. The building at the back looks a bit scary, but there’s actually nothing frightening about it. There are pickleball and badminton courts downstairs. Highly recommended. Parking: Basement parking is available at RM6 per day (Touch 'n Go payment accepted). 😊"

"I had a pleasant stay. I was delighted to receive a welcoming fruit basket and a personalised welcome note, which made me feel valued as a guest. The room was clean, and very conducive for both rest and work. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep throughout my stay. The only area that could be improved is the customer service experience. While the staff were professional, I noticed that many of the front facing team members appeared rather expressionless and seldom smiled. As a guest I did not feel the warm welcome that I would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. A friendlier smile and a more engaging approach would go a long way in creating a more welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and appreciated the thoughtful touches and comfortable accommodation. With a warmer customer service experience, the stay would have been even better."

"Is totally a new hotel just open recently. The room slightly small but tidy and clean. The bed comfortable as my opinion. The bathroom is spacious. Provided kettle and hair dryer. Smart TV. No drinking water but you can request water at the front desk anytime. 24 hours. Suggest to provide a empty drinking bottle to refill water instead of refill in kettle. Everything was great and have their own cafe. Convenience store just beside the hotel. Will come back next time."

"We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick and would gladly return. The hotel is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the airport, and the taxi fare was only around 30 MYR, which made our arrival very easy. The hotel itself is excellent. The corridors are spacious, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. A special mention goes to the cleanliness—the room was spotless, and even the bathroom faucets were polished to perfection. Everything smelled fresh and pleasant, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only minor downside, which is completely beyond the hotel’s control, was some noise from the nearby highway. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others."

"This was my first time staying at Sunway Lagoon Hotel. I had requested a king-sized bed in advance, but the hotel couldn't accommodate it. The staff offered two single beds pushed together for my stay. When I got to the room, I checked the floor and found a used feminine hygiene product, which I found absolutely disgusting. I called the reception, but no one answered. I had to go down to the front desk myself to find the hotel manager on duty. They kept apologizing to me, but then the hotel was able to immediately arrange a king-sized bed for me (meaning they had king-sized rooms available but were holding onto them, depending on whether their staff decided to give one to you). I am extremely dissatisfied, disgusted, and very unhappy, especially since I chose this hotel for a competition."
