If you take a taxi from the city, it will cost about 280 RMB. However, you can experience the bus on the way back, which is also very fast. Otaru is really a quiet and beautiful place that I love. I really want to experience it on a snowy day. It stretches 900 meters from 1-chome to 7-chome and offers clothing stores, restaurants, drugstores, izakayas, kimono shops, and more. You can spend a whole day shopping, eating, and experiencing Japanese purikura for just 600 yen.
