This time, I took the Century Cruise through the Three Gorges, with the theme of 'Time Travel, Light and Shadow Retrospect', and revisited many classic movies in the cruise's cinema. That day, just after watching 'Thirty Thousand Miles in Chang'an', I arrived at Baidi City the next morning, and 'set off early from Baidi City' with Li Bai. 'In the morning, I bid farewell to Baidi City among the colorful clouds, and I returned to Jiangling a thousand miles away in a day. The ape's cries on both banks could not stop, and the light boat had already passed through thousands of mountains.' These scenes depicted in the movie are being performed in front of my eyes, which is both a pilgrimage to the movie scenes and a tribute to the poet Li Bai. During the 'Anshi Rebellion', Li Bai was sentenced to exile in Yelang (now eastern Guizhou) because of his involvement in the case of Prince Yong Li Lin. When he arrived at Baidi City, he suddenly received the amnesty order from Emperor Suzong. The overjoyed Li Bai suddenly felt like a bird that had broken out of its cage. The suffocating hardships and the unjust accusations that were hard to wash away suddenly disappeared. He immediately got up and took a boat from Baidi City to Jiangling. On the way, he wrote this poem, expressing his joy and exhilaration at the time. After passing Baidi City, the Qutang Gorge is ahead, and the real 'Three Gorges' journey begins here. Baidi City is located in Baidi Town, Fengjie County, Chongqing City, at the northern bank of the Yangtze River at the mouth of the Qutang Gorge, on Baidi Mountain. Baidi City is located at the western entrance of Kui Gate, using the mountainous and watery terrain of Kui Gate to build a city. It is a typical city site of the Gorge River City type. And Kui Gate is the mouth of the Qutang Gorge, the spectacular and dangerous gorge mouth is like a 'thousand men guarding the pass, ten thousand men cannot open' pass. As the boat slowly enters, it's like entering a parallel world. Although the cheers of tourists are all around, I can't hear anything and am immersed in my own world. Ten minutes later, the boat begins to sail out of the gorge, and the open river surface is refreshing and joyful. It's rare to have such a journey that allows me to fully appreciate the danger, strangeness, beauty, and beauty of the Three Gorges. At this moment, I seem to have suddenly increased the heroic ambition of Li Bai when he was inspired by poetry as he traveled down the river from Baidi City.
