Climbing to the top of the tower, the view suddenly opens up, and the spectacular scene of the two rivers converging makes people's hearts surge. The Fengkai Museum next to the tower is like a vivid historical book, showing us the historical celebrities and major events of Fengkai County with a variety of cultural relics and detailed graphic explanations, especially highlighting its important role as the origin of Cantonese, making Guangxin Tower a must-visit place to explore the source of Guangfu culture. The ancient city of Fengkai still retains its charm, the ancient city wall is winding and twisting, like a sleeping dragon guarding a piece of land and water. The ancient city gate of Fengcheng is still well preserved today, thanks to the careful maintenance of local scholars from all generations and the enhancement of modern cultural relic protection awareness. The ancient city gate has witnessed how many wars and smoke, and has carried how many merchants and travelers, although it has been eroded by wind and rain, it still stands proudly, telling the prosperity and changes of the ancient post station. We communicated with the local elderly, they spoke authentic Fengkai dialect - this ancient dialect is the origin of Cantonese. Through the narration of the elderly, we learned that Cantonese originally took root and sprouted on this land, and gradually spread to the Pearl River Delta and even the global Chinese community with population migration and commercial exchanges, becoming the language bond for tens of millions of people.
