--Wangjiawan-- Wangjiawan is known for its bench landmark. It's recommended to walk further up where there's an open grassland + a small bridge. Walking from the top towards the bench, you can play in the stream along the way as the water is gentle enough for kids. Following the path down leads to the bench area surrounded by a pond with geese and ducks, and handmade little benches. My phone almost ran out of battery here. There aren't too many tourists. The address is Wangjiawan Village, Foping County, Hanzhong City. You can ride a shared electric scooter there, right next to the Foping High-speed Railway Station. It's only 40 minutes from Xi'an, so convenient! Navigate to the Lotus Pond Coffee House. There's water with fish and a vending machine selling fish food. Below is a river channel where you can play in the water when it's low (safety first, of course). The scenery at Wangjiawan is beautiful and great for photography. No consumption or admission fees are required, and it's near the high-speed railway station, making it a perfect last stop. In summary, it's definitely worth a visit for its beautiful scenery and mostly free attractions. It's great for family trips with kids, as you can see the joy on the children's faces along the way. In the middle of the lotus pond, there's a Lotus Pond Coffee House that's very photogenic. The iced Americano is not bad either~ Lotus flowers, ponds, and the scent of rice paddies create a unique beauty against the backdrop of the mountains. Many popular photos are taken here. Red chairs, big lawns, every snapshot looks good. If you want to capture some beautiful travel photos, be sure to come here. The street views along the way are also very attractive. On the way back in the afternoon, enjoy the local cuisine. Rice noodles with cured meat, divine tofu, Foping three fragrances, hot rice skin, and cornus fruit specialty drinks. There are many Sichuan restaurants with great flavors for those who like spicy food. If you're not into photography, there's no need to go; there's nothing there but red benches. The Lotus Pond Coffee doesn't have a fixed schedule; it's all up to the owner's mood.
