The scenery on the mountain is breathtaking: the "Flying Stone" seems to hang in midair, the branches of the thousand-year-old Arhat pine twist like a coiled dragon, and the clear, mild water of the Milk Spring is perfect for brewing tea. Be sure to try the vegetarian braised pork and vegetarian noodles at the monastery kitchen—the taste is simply amazing. On summer nights, you can join locals to climb the mountain and watch the sea of city lights from the mountaintop viewing platform, experiencing the "mountaintop happiness" of Guiping people. Taking a boat tour through Dateng Gorge, you’ll see towering strange peaks and rocks lining both banks, with the river flowing endlessly. The majestic scene is truly breathtaking.
