An impressive Imperial Citadel and UNESCO World Heritage listed site, located within walking distance of Da Binh Square and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Steeped in history… both imperial and modern. There are bunkers on the site too which were used in the 1960s and 70s which are my personal highlight of the site. It is worth the visit here alone to see these. #history #museum #happynewyear
