Visiting Jingxi Goose Spring

We set out from Jingxi County and drove to Goose Spring. Goose Spring is a famous attraction in Jingxi County, located in Goose Spring Village, Xinjing Town, 4.5 kilometers from the county town. Although this is a border area, the road conditions along the way are good. The scenery around Goose Spring is very beautiful, with the typical karst topography of Guangxi in the distance and golden rapeseed flowers nearby. It is said that the spring mouth of Goose Spring belongs to a karst cave, with the main stream of the underground river being 21 kilometers long, and the spring water discharges eastward to form the Goose Spring River. We took the villagers' bamboo rafts to get close to the Goose Spring River, admiring the beautiful aquatic plants in the river, the lively swimming fish, and the charming scenery on both banks. After touring the Goose Spring River, we continued to visit the spring's eye and also climbed up to a viewing platform on a nearby mountain. From the high point, we saw Goose Spring from a different perspective.
