From November 22 to 23, Luocheng Cotton Sinkhole will host the Mulao Ethnic Group Yifan Cultural Tourism Festival, themed "Seeking the Taste of Yifan・Revitalizing Intangible Cultural Heritage," bringing a dual feast of culture and cuisine. The opening ceremony will be held on November 22 from 11:30 to 12:00 at Qiaomei Theater, featuring the recitation of the "Yifan Festival Ode," offering harvested rice ears, showcasing the Mulao people's traditional virtue of "respecting heaven and cherishing grain." The Grass Dragon Dance performance perfectly blends intangible cultural heritage skills with modern stage art, portraying the vibrant vitality of Mulao culture. During the event, from 10:00 to 10:30 daily, the ancient songs of the Mulao people will ring out at the scenic area entrance, with simple melodies conveying warmth and poetry; from 14:00 to 16:00, the grand theater will present ethnic song and dance performances, aerial acrobatics, and traditional sports experiences such as "Bamboo Ball Snatching" and "Danfeng Flying Colors"; from 18:30 to 20:30, the night carnival begins with bonfire parties and ethnic song and dance performances taking turns on stage, spending an unforgettable night under the starry sky. From 16:00 to 18:00 daily, the Qiaomei Stage will also host the "Code King Competition," a fun contest where winners can receive surprise rewards such as a free stay at the Cliff Hotel.
