Hiking and coffee best match

Pakse is a city in southern Laos located at the confluence of the Mekong and Xe Don rivers. Wat Luang, in the city's center, is an ornately designed Buddhist temple where monks collect alms at sunrise. I had no idea there were so many things to do in this area. There are so many waterfalls, so I went hunting for them, hiking on trails, and then visiting a coffee plantation to sample Laos' best coffee.
