We took the train from Hakata to Sasaguri in early morning, very pleasant experience, nice weather on the day and very few tourists in the area. We then take the car to the buddhist temple and had a nice stroll around for half a day in slow pace. At the lunch time, we went to a ramen restaurant, offered very nice food at affordable price. It was one of the best meals among very nice Hakata ramen restaurants. At the late afternoon, we went to Costco to seek what Costco offers in rural Japan, you will not regret it.
