Gankeng Hakka Small Town | Shenzhen

Situated in Longgang district, you can take a bus, metro line 10 or a taxi and make your way here with ease though it’s quite a distance from the city. This is a small ancient town filled with coat streets boasting ancient treasures and of course food. the alleys are perfect for photography and they’re really small so they do look great in front of the lens. Since it’s only a drive from the city centre, there are plenty of hotels and a few in Longgang district too. Infact once you’re in Longgang you’re not too far from the beach! There is plenty of Chinese food available. Most alleys serve some form of food or snacks and of course there are many souvenir shops in the ancient town.
