Price per Person - 20++ Rating - 4/5 Flock Cafe has been around for a while. It is one of my go to cafe as they are not packed so i can slowly savour my food. Their menu is pretty standard. Food is decent and price is more affordable compared to other cafes. We ordered prawn linguine and pork cheek burger today. Both were enjoyable. Especially love the crispy fries that came with the burger. Also, they serve water! They have a nice little garden outside and the outdoor seatings are amongst the florals. That way, you can also bring your pets. There are many cafes in Tiong Bahru but not many accepts CDC vouchers.
