City Pillar Shrine - The White Temple🙏🏼

#timetotravel Located in the heart of Surat Thani city, I embarked on a motorcycle journey one afternoon to visit the City Pillar Shrine, also known as the White Temple. It was a bustling place, with many people coming to pay their respects and offer prayers. Adjacent to it, a small shop sold fresh flowers for offerings. The design of this white temple was truly exquisite. Inside, a golden pillar with four Buddha heads graced the sanctuary, creating a profoundly sacred atmosphere. I joined in with hands clasped, bowing in prayer for a safe and peaceful journey. I must also mention the cleanliness of the pathways and the spacious green surroundings. It was a sacred place perfect for a leisurely stroll, adding to the overall serene experience.
