Changyu Dongtian is a quarry site with a history of over 1500 years, and it has perfectly preserved the quarry pits and rock caves left from various periods from the Sui and Tang dynasties to the present. . 👉Best visiting route (no turning back) Huanxi Cave - Panda Pavilion (worth visiting for children, adults might find it less interesting) - Shuangmen Grottoes - Shuangmen Cave - Shuiyun Cave - Jingming Cave 👉Points I personally find impressive ✅Shuangmen Grottoes An entire mountain hollowed out, climbing to the top for an overview is very shocking and magnificent, those who are afraid of heights should be cautious, inside the cave there is also a 100-meter-long sculpture of the Shanxi Yongle Palace's Chaoyuan Picture, lifelike ✅Shuiyun Cave Composed of 52 caves, most of them are large-scale bell-shaped sites from modern mining, inside is the largest cave museum in China, and have both been filmed here ✅Jingming Cave A free place, with many Buddha statues, within the Changyu Dongtian scenic area, no need to go out of your way, relatively small There is also a Huanxi Cave, which you can't enter after 16:30, I didn't manage to go in to see, there are rock cave concerts inside🎭. ⚠️ 1️⃣We bought a ticket package for five attractions, the price is a bit expensive, you can also buy them separately, you need to go to the ticket office, Shuangmen Grottoes, Shuiyun Cave, Huanxi Cave are worth visiting, after entering the main gate, each attraction will check tickets separately, and the visiting time cannot be later than 16:30. 2️⃣Changyu Dongtian also has a Baxianyan scenic area, which is also sold separately, if you go to see the mining pits, navigate to Changyu Dongtian Shuangmen Cave, don't navigate to the wrong place 3️⃣If you arrange a two to three-day itinerary, you can combine this scenic area with Linhai Ziyang Street or Wenling Shitang, they are not very far away
