The best hotel in Xinxiang The location is excellent and it is very close to the highway intersection. There are many supermarkets and food around, and all kinds of conveniences. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, and the security guards at the entrance are warm and thoughtful. The front desk beauty is considerate and meticulous. The room facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is equipped with a gym, the equipment is simple and practical, the management is orderly, and the service is in place.

My stay at Xilaike Hotel this time truly exceeded my expectations! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the subway station. It's perfect for evening strolls and grabbing a bite without having to venture far, with plenty of convenience stores and small eateries nearby. This made it incredibly easy to pick up a bottle of water or a quick snack. The room was surprisingly clean, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and smelled fresh. It was quiet at night, even with the windows closed, ensuring I had a very peaceful and sound sleep. The bathroom toiletries were miniature-sized but perfectly adequate, and the hot water was instant with a consistent temperature, so there was no waiting around for ages to shower. The front desk staff were also very friendly. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area!

I stayed for three nights. The hotel is located within the Tongtuo Muyu scenic area, which is small and not yet officially open, so there aren't many tourists, mostly local residents. The room was spacious, with the famous Chan River visible from the window. The windows were well-sealed; once closed, you couldn't hear the sound of the water. You can control the lights and curtains by voice, which is great for winter. The breakfast selection was rich, and the old lamb soup with bread (paomo) comes highly recommended (you need to go to the restaurant to eat it yourself). Both the staff and the cat were incredibly welcoming; the cat would even follow me to my room and actively ask for scratches. A small suggestion: the blue light on the smart toilet seat was a bit bright at night, and I couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

It was a really enjoyable stay: the location is very central and the subway line is only 2 mins walk away. So from the high speed line it will take you approximately 50 mins to reach the hotel. Taxi is sometimes not even fast - the price of the subway is unbeatable low compared to the taxi. The room was very clean, quiet and ideal for a couple of days. The owner was very kind and even helped with the laundry. Wi-Fi connection was top. Around the hotel you‘ll find loads of traditional restaurants, Cafés and supermarkets. A hidden gem, which I highly recommend.

My stay at the Zhengzhou Greenland JW Marriott was truly wonderful! I particularly want to commend Front Office Manager Thierry. He was incredibly efficient during check-in, proactively reminding me how to connect to the WiFi and where breakfast was served. When I inquired about nearby dining options, he gave very detailed suggestions, and his friendly, approachable demeanor made me feel completely at ease. The entire experience, from arrival to entering my room, was seamless, and the service was exceptional. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zhengzhou!

After comparing several hotels, I chose this one, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The room rate is affordable, the bedding is as soft as home, the air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi are all excellent, and the soundproofing is also good, so I slept until I woke up naturally. The location is super convenient! There is a bus stop downstairs, and it's a 10-minute walk to the subway station, making it easy to go to downtown attractions or Xinzheng Airport. There are snack stalls and convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. You can have authentic Hu La Tang for breakfast for 5 yuan, which makes shopping and eating worry-free. The service is even better! The lady at the front desk helped me plan the route and even offered to lend me a power bank. When I checked out, she saw that I was in a hurry to catch a bus, so she helped me call a taxi. It's very convenient to get around. I stayed here comfortably and safely for a small price. I will choose this place next time I come to Zhengzhou! I highly recommend it to everyone

Hotel location is convenient, a short walk from Longmen HSR station. Checkin smooth and quick. Room is spacious and clean and bright. Breakfast was very good. I like that the Front desk staff are professional, friendly and helpful. especially Miss Icey Zhang who offered me her utmost assistance. She was so patient to listen and offer helpful suggestions when I approached her for help. Thanks again, Ms Icey. Will definitely choose to stay here again if we return to visit Luoyang.

Hotel right next to Old Gate. You can see it from the rooftop terrace. Located within a renovated / rebuilt old buildings quarter. A few minutes away from the night market food street. The room is very warm and conveniently fitout. There is free parking at the back side of the hotel which is also great although the street to access is narrow. If you are using navigation it will take you to the car park entrances which is quite discreet. The main front entrance is onto a pedestrian road (the one passing through the gate).

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the East Station. However, walking there in summer can be uncomfortably hot. While the hotel is a bit dated for a Holiday Inn Express, the rooms are surprisingly spacious, though some of the fixtures and fittings are quite old. The breakfast, however, is a significant cut above other Holiday Inn Express locations, though it gets incredibly crowded during peak hours, making it difficult to find a seat. The hotel's immediate surroundings also present some significant drawbacks. South-facing rooms directly face a shopping mall under renovation, and the mall across the street seems to be constantly either receiving deliveries or disposing of trash. To top it off, the road right in front of the hotel is a one-way street. These external factors are indeed quite problematic. Fortunately, the hotel staff are all very attentive, and any issues or feedback are promptly addressed. The hotel is also reasonably priced, making it a worthwhile stay despite its drawbacks.

The hotel's own dining options were a delightful surprise—the Chinese restaurant's signature crispy chicken was tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, and the all-day dining buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of choices. Transportation to major scenic spots like Longmen Grottoes was also incredibly convenient, with taxis or public transport quickly accessible, saving us a lot of travel time. The stringent standards for environment and hygiene provided great peace of mind. Our room had no odors, the bedding was pristine white and soft, and the bathroom area was spotless, with not a single water stain on the vanity. The room layout was well-designed, and we were even upgraded to a room with views of Kaiyuan Lake, offering panoramic cityscapes from our window. What truly touched us was the incredibly thoughtful service. From the warm and efficient check-in process by the front desk staff to the prompt room service that replenished toiletries and drinking water on demand, every employee demonstrated professionalism and a friendly demeanor. When they learned we were celebrating our daughter's birthday, the hotel even prepared a beautiful birthday cake as a special surprise. This unexpected gesture delighted our child and made us genuinely feel a level of care that exceeded our expectations. Whether it's the location, the facilities, the hygiene, or the quality of service, the Luoyang Marriott Hotel delivered a perfect score. Especially for us, traveling as a family, it served as both a convenient travel hub and a warm haven. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Luoyang.
