The room was clean and tidy, the hotel decor was elegant, the surroundings were beautiful, and the facilities were quaint and refined. The service attitude was excellent. The secret passage under the hotel was particularly impressive; the guide was humorous, witty, and knowledgeable, making the tour a memorable and enlightening experience.

We were on the 11th floor that provided thrilling rides and views in the elevator. The laundry facility was clean, inexpensive and efficient. There’s an auditorium, very nice for community events. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with many selections of both Asian and Western choices, all of it delicious. The fitness area is very nice and I wish we’d had time to enjoy the spa. The city views were nice and we could almost see the ocean. Robes and slippers were cozy. Would definitely stay again.

My stay at FX Hotel Tainan completely redefined my expectations for a budget hotel! The location is absolutely superb – Chihkan Tower and Guohua Street Food District are just a 10-minute walk away, and the Shennong Street cultural and creative area is also within easy reach. Just a left turn downstairs and you'll find a 7-Eleven; to the right, there are famous Lu Rou Fan (braised pork rice) and beef soup restaurants. For late-night cravings, heading straight to Bao'an Road Night Market was pure bliss! ✨ The mattress had just the right firmness, and the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area. 🚗 Transportation is incredibly convenient too! It's only an 8-minute drive from Tainan Railway Station. Overall, it's perfect for budget-conscious travelers who still value quality. The hotel is very close to Taichung Train Station- which is then close to major highlights in Taichung. For its price, its really worth it. Plus, a nice breakfast is available. I will definetly book this hotel if I’m back in Taichung.

Overall, I'm very satisfied and would stay here again if I visit Tainan in the future. The concierge service was excellent, and it was very quiet during my stay. Even though there was window cleaning happening outside during the day, I barely heard any noise.

We arrived at the hotel and were warmly welcomed by the staff, who directed us to park in the underground garage. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was clean and spacious enough. Bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to Chiayi’s main sights, although there isn’t much to do immediately around the hotel itself.

I recently stayed at The Lin Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel boasts a sleek and modern design with a grand lobby and welcoming ambience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable beds and elegant furnishings.

The hotel is conveniently located near Tainan Railway Station. Just to clarify, this is the conventional (TRA) train station, not the High-Speed Rail (HSR) station. If you arrive by HSR, you can catch a local train from Shalun Station to Tainan Station; trains depart every half hour. Rooms are quite spacious, but the sound insulation isn't great – you can easily hear activity from outside the door. Bottled water isn't provided in the rooms; however, each floor has a water dispenser for guests to use.

Pool was littered with debris from the strong winds. The water quality was good, but the pool staff could have done a better job at hauling out the debris at the deep end of the pool. The jacuzzi was a disappointment. The presence of greenish/yellowish algae in the water made the jacuzzi uninviting. The heater was turned off and will not be turned on until the third week of November. I was there during the last week of October. Every resort I stayed at had the jacuzzi heated despite the time of the year or the ambient air temperature. If it is the position of the management to not clean or heat the jacuzzi, then the jacuzzi should be covered up and blocked off. The breakfast buffet was horrible considering how much money they charged. I probably will not stay or recommend this hotel. It’s has a lot of potential!

As soon as you enter the lobby, you can feel the high-quality service. The entire lobby is very comfortable with a light fragrance. The check-in procedure was fast and we checked in early, so we could let our children go to the room and rest early. Every detail and facility in the room and hotel was perfect, and the whole family slept very well. Highly recommend and will definitely return.
