Very good, worth having, the breakfast in the quiet morning is good, and the scenery outside the window and door is even better.
I will stay here next time. Parking is also convenient. There are 2.2/2 hours in the surrounding area, free from 8 pm to 8 am, which is 13/day; (free on the roadside on Sundays) or park in the hotel’s own parking lot 19/day;
It's pretty good, equivalent to a room and a living room, the layout is reasonable, there is a refrigerator, but there is no kettle and drinking cups, the cups that can be used to brush your teeth, I don't know what it means! Next to it is a big shopping mall, there is Carrefour, there are snacks, parking on the roadside, free, quite big! Health can be. There is not much breakfast, the variety is acceptable, the general hotel has things, coffee is general!
Located in the main square with public parking. It's a historic building, but the rooms are very austere, lacking many details. It's too much for what it is.

Great location easy to walk around. Good breakfast section with cava. Service of staff polite. Parking right next to hotel with discount. Air conditioning adequate for the month of june. Only downside, some noise at night from the plaza (guess young people partying and talking)
The hotel is in an excellent location, with its back against the city wall, which can be seen through the window of the breakfast room. The hotel's decoration style is also very good, and the veal in the restaurant is very tender and tastes good. However, the check-in experience is not good. First, the hotel's luggage cart is just a decoration, and no one will come to help pull the luggage. It rained on the day of arrival. I dragged my suitcase awkwardly across the cobblestone road (the last 20 meters) to the ground floor, and then fumbled for the elevator to reach the floor where the front desk is located. Second, the shower in the room was a bit blocked. I used a large shower head on the second night, so the bathroom was full of water. Fortunately, I lived alone. If the second person took a shower, the bathroom could not be used at all, and the water would probably flood the living room. When I checked out the next day, I also greeted the front desk. The front desk attitude was very good and said sorry directly, but was it too late?
I really like the style of this castle hotel. The environment is beautiful and elegant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The facilities are complete. The restaurant is beautiful and the tableware is exquisite. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I feel the professional and high-quality service of the hotel team.
Especially when I met the Chinese front desk employee Xiao Wei, he was kind, thoughtful and professional. In particular, we left the hotel and drove down the mountain. We had a flat tire. Due to language barriers, we could not communicate with the car dealership. We had to run back to the hotel for help. Xiao Wei immediately rushed to the middle of the mountain to help us contact the car dealership. He also helped us move the luggage back to the hotel on the mountain to wait, and accompanied us to wait and instruct the driver. Finally, we arrived in Salamanca smoothly. Here we would like to thank Xiao Wei for his help and enthusiastic help. His professional and efficient business ability impressed us deeply. It made us feel the warmth of family in a foreign country. Thank you for having you. The beautiful Avila and the hotel left us a beautiful article on our journey. I recommend this beautiful and warm hotel.
I booked this hotel for a stop in the middle of a car trip, as we arrived at the hotel, I, my husband and my 7 and 13-year-old children, and gave some divings to the city then to dinner. The explanation they gave was that there was an unforeseen, without any further explanation and without any guarantee that the next morning would be open. The next morning was open, so we decided to go to the city to relax a little before we continue our trip. However, our moment of relaxation became a moment of suffering because the air was breathless causing irritation to the level of eyes and nose due to the treatment they probably applied. The hotel has been in a very nice way, and it is not a good hotel for the hotel.

Very Good
GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are great, it is on the mountain, if it is convenient to drive by car, parking is free, the parking lot is large, overlooking the entire Segovia Old Town, the scenery is invincible. Breakfast is full.
Hygienic: Why is it very good? The suite is set. There will be a full set of toiletries.
Environment: Environmental landscape invincible
Service: It is urged when checking out the next day, the overall is great
TTimur SviravaThe hotel is in the historical part of the city on a fairly quiet street. The single room is small, but you can unpack your suitcase. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, there is a bidet and a bathtub. I would stay again.
IIka_EllyVery fancy hotel.
This is a stunning hotel in the heart of Burgos, opposite of the incredible cathedral.
The breakfast area looks like it's a former church. Absolutely beautiful!
The good:
- Spacious room.
- Dogs welcome.
-Organic (and delicious) coffee and tea in the room (Nespresso capsules).
-Breakfast very rich and a lot of choices.
-Underground parking at 20€/night.
The bad:
-35€ for the dogs per night, might be the most expensive I've ever paid for them.
-I had an unpleasant experience with the man working at the breakfast area. He came up to my table and spoke fast and a lot. I understand some Spanish but it was too much. He saw that I didn't understand and said “no comprende” and left. Very rude!
By observing the other tables I understood that he was asking if I wanted to order something from the kitchenand listed all the different options. It would have been nice to do that!
GGuest UserThe castle is very good, a rare experience, very cost-effective, not far from Salamanca, highly recommended!
The kids have to add 25 euros, but the kids love it.
Please choose a high-level room type, the cheapest room is downstairs in the periphery, we upgraded to the courtyard upstairs, the room is too much better.
Dinner is also remarkable, the children's menu is special, Santella is delicious, not afraid of not eating delicious here.
The front desk lady helped us too much, and the other service staff were also very good.

FfonkaBeautiful hotel, very clean Clean rooms, food There are many breakfast options to choose from. Everything is very comfortable. The staff provided good service.
LLynnette DawnThere is plenty of car parking spaces on the hotel grounds. The staff were friendly, helpful and could speak very good English which was very used as we do not speak Spanish! The hotel is a beautiful old building which had been modernised with consideration. Our room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was adequate for our one night stay. The TV only had a news channel availing English, and the TV was an older style so we could not plug in any additional technology. We ate dinner in the restaurant as it would have been too long a walk in the rain. The food was reasonable and the house wine was very good. The cost of the meal though was very over priced. I would stay here again but maybe not have a meal in the restaurant due only to the price. The restaurant staff were lovely.
MMibaideqimiaolvxingThe city is very clean, the hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of attractions
The hotel has ample parking spaces, and parking is charged
A very big problem: ants will enter the hotel room. We lived on the first floor (actually on the second floor). We saw a lot of ants on the table and bed in the early morning. The next day, there were ants on the clothes in the closet. I felt uncomfortable all over.
GGuest UserThe reason why I chose this hotel is that it is not far from the ancient city, about one kilometer, you can reach it on foot, and the hotel has a small paid parking lot. The hotel staff were very friendly and enthusiastically gave us directions on the tour. When I was having breakfast, I left my clothes in the restaurant, and the restaurant waiter helped me bring them up. It's just that this hotel is too old and the facilities are not up to four-star standards. As soon as I entered the room, there was a smell, similar to the smell of mutton. Only a quarter of the light strip in the room was bright. When it was first turned on, the non-lit part flickered. The stone on the bathroom sink was broken and the stone floor was pitted. Unfair. The room is very small and there are no boxes in the empty space that can be opened. There were only three different plastic clothes hangers in the closet, which seemed to have been left by the residents. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and the restaurant seats were stained.
