"Despite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna. A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices. The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed"

"Drei entspannte Nächte auf der Insel – absolut empfehlenswert Ruhige, idyllische Lage, perfekt zum Abschalten. Geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer mit schönem Seeblick. WLAN etwas schwach, aber sonst alles top. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, Restaurant sehr lecker. Die Terrasse und der separate Steg am See sorgen für eine besondere Atmosphäre. Der Service war herzlich und professionell. Besonderer Dank an Elita für ihre außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder."

"Lage im Stadtteil Drewitz unweit der Autobahn und mit sehr gutem Tramanschluss (alle 10min). Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, wenn auch nicht mehr neuester Style. In diesem Hotel wird auch noch täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, und bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Der Service ist sehr gut. Auch das Restaurant Journal ist für das Abendessen zu empfehlen."

"First of all, the location was good because it was right in front of the train station. It's quite a distance, but I walked to Sanssouci during my break. The picture is the view from the train station, but what you see is not Sanssouci, but a different building. If you go that far, there are restaurants and cafes nearby."

"I recently stayed at Niu and had a wonderful experience. The location was convenient, and the hotel offered excellent amenities. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend Niu for a pleasant stay."

"First of all, we have to say that the room was neat and clean. The breakfast was also fine and the location was great. However: We booked a suite with a city view for 4 days. We got a smaller (mini) suite facing the inner courtyard, which we hadn't realized until then because we were given a ”suite” when we checked in. It was only after three days that we realized that we hadn't actually gotten the room we had booked - unfortunately too late. In addition, although we had a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and microwave, there were no plates or glasses, which we had to ask about at reception. The hotel says that it doesn't clean the room until after the second night. This wasn't a problem for us and so we prepared the room accordingly after the second night so that the cleaning staff could work without interruption. In the evening we realized that no one was there. The reception was so full that we couldn't let anyone know. We also assumed that someone would come on the third day at least. The next morning we put up a sign on the door asking for cleaning. In short, no one came again. When we finally went to reception, we were told that this was an external service provider who had carried out the cleaning according to the documents, which of course was not the case! Other guests had also complained about this. Since we had already paid and therefore could not get a refund, we were treated to a drink at the bar and a chocolate bar for breakfast. So our ”suite” was not cleaned once in 4 nights, let alone the trash can emptied. The highlight was when checking out, when I was suddenly asked to pay a bill. After I told them that I had already done this in advance, the receptionist said that this was just a blocking of the amount but that I still had to pay the regular amount. What surprised me most was that the amount did not match my booking at all. When I pointed out again that I had already paid, the receptionist said he had confused me with another guest and that I could leave..."

"Everything was good but, for some reason, they took my toothbrush and toothpaste. After inquiring, they returned my toothbrush but kept my (medicated) toothpaste. Whatever."

"Despite a short stay, everything has been perfectly suited. The run is largely automated, but works absolutely smoothly. Very friendly staff. Most pleasant: the small, nice cafe in the hotel – ideal for a relaxed breakfast. I'd like to see you again."

"The hotel is very modern and also very quiet unfortunately the climate doesn't really cool, but otherwise everything is perfect. Breakfast is also very diverse."

"Reception wasn't so good. A young receptionist, chewing gum with her mouth open, managed to force out a hello and then handed over the room key without explanation. We've received a friendlier welcome. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. The stairwells are not for use except at the reception. Therefore, the walks are very long."
