GGuest UserEverything was fine, but the room was missing a lot of things. There's no iron (they offer an ironing service, but it's quite expensive per item), no hairdryer, and no air conditioning in the room I was assigned. I feel these are basic amenities that a hotel of this type should have, and which I've always found in every other hotel I've visited around the world.
