Had a 1-day weekend stay at Mango Suites in Tuguegarao. The location is perfect and walkable to every corner of the downtown area. All of the staff, from the security personnel to the service desk, were all courteous and welcoming of your stay. Upon arriving at my room, everything was clean and fresh. The shower has a heater option, there's a bidet beside the toilet, free toothbrush kit and shower kits. For the bed area, it had 2 coffee tables with overhead lamps, a mini wardrobe with hangers, and another table. As for the TV, I'm not sure if it has cables installed, but on my room it didn't. I can only watch via Youtube or Netflix. Although this is a user's preference, but I loved the firmness of the bed and the pillows. I had a good sleep and didn't have any sudden wakeups in the middle of the night due to uncomfortable pillows (some hotels have pillows that are too soft for my liking). Overall, had a great stay. What I haven't tried are the hotel's restaurant at the lobby area and the free shuttle service to the airport. Maybe next time!
Some staff are very helpful, we stayed for 3 nights they gave us only 2 water bottled. No glass,no kettle, no coffee phone is not working. Internet was very bad we have to stay near at the door just to get wifi, but once we moved to tv side Internet gone.Hope they will add some staff to make up rooms, seems not enough because we ask to make up our room since morning but they came at 5:30pm Stayed at pool view room, it was beautiful and amazing view anyway ๐
Finally, a decent hotel in this northern part of the Philippines. The rooms were big, tidy, with modern fittings (bathroom, hot water, aircon, large and comfortable bed). Cleanliness was up to standard. Some things can be improved like the lack of amenities or a decent place to eat but apparently - they serve breakfast meals. Location is good, proximity to NOVO mall and Save More Supermarket if you need so provisions, and the Florida Bus Terminal. Definitely - will book this hotel again if ever there's a chance to be in Aparri.
Everything is so perfect. Simple and people are really nice. Everything is neat, except the comforter is a little dusty. I have hyper sensitive skin and one of my top allergen is dust and so I have been scratching all the time. I guess if you are not as sensitive as I am you will not feel the same. I will still go back here if I have a choice because it is just located at the back of the airport. I love the proximity and accuracy in the description.
I loved my stay at Midtown. It is at the heart of the town proper and within walking distance to everything. The food at their restaurant is good with a lot of choices on the menu which is perfect for days when you don't feel like roaming around.
I did notice my room had some cobwebs and the cable TV wasn't working, but those seem like easy fixes for the management to handle. Otherwise, I was happy with the room and the amenities themselves. The service is nice, and I especially appreciated the approachable staff and notable dedication of personnel to customer service
This was a real find on Trip.com! It was a really discreet place, maybe a bit away from the center of the city but nestled in a rather homey part of Tuguegarao.
As a traveler, I kinda like the vibe of peace, just after a long trip.
The hotel has all the right amenities. It was agreat stay.

I think this is the biggest hotel in the area! Perfect for families or parents!
It's alright, suitable for solo business travelers. The price is around 200 RMB including breakfast, a must-choose hotel for business trips. The surrounding area has decent food options, there's a coffee shop downstairs, and the hotel also offers massages, breakfast, and a swimming pool.
I stayed at the Dreamwave in October of '25, so maybe things have changed since. Its attached to the mall, which is very accessible. Staff were very friendly and helpful. AC was cool, water was hot(and cold), and the bed was decent. The room didn't have any weird smells or the like. Everything in the room worked as intended. The biggest problem, and I'll mark it as a pretty big issue, is how completely and utterly atrocious the WiFi was. It was shockingly bad and would constantly drop. It was unable to stream even the simplest of FB reels, youtube shorts, or likewise without buffering. I found better streaming on 3 bars of 4G LTE than using this hotels WiFi. With the lack of functional wifi, the TV also had issues connecting to the WiFi. In all, I ended up just using my phone as a hotspot. Other notes is the card entry system didn't work. I had a physical key, but still would have preferred something I could lose without stressing. My impression is they fired their IT guy. You'll find an image floating around where it states there's a van (maybe shuttle) available from the airport, but I think that's from a different time(or maybe location) as the hotel offers no such service. They can help get you in touch with a taxi I believe. I'm not real sure, as my girlfriend's family helped arrange all of that for me. Entirely due to the bad WiFi, I may choose to try a different hotel in the future but I chose the Dreamwave because of its location and ease of booking through Trip.com.
