Hotels With Parking in Krasnodar, Russia

A disgusting receptionist named Alexandra couldn't resolve the issue the hotel created with incorrect placement. She constantly claimed, ”It's the booking website's fault, or anyone else's, but not us.” I booked a room with a view during the January holidays, hoping to see Krasnodar in all its glory, as I'm a regular guest here. I paid more than for a standard room without a view. But the booking department made a mistake and gave me a room without a view. They offered no apology, and kept telling me to ”deal with the booking department.” They brought me an A4 sheet with a confirmation number that wasn't mine, not my booking date, but my personal information, clarifying that it was ”not their problem.” I was able to relax peacefully at the hotel and use the spa services. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but the reception staff leaves much to be desired. I recommend the manager improve their staffing or adjust their scripts. I liked the hotel itself, as well as the entire Marriott chain.

Excellent hotel, new repair, location on the first coastline, convenient to get to the train station and airport. Staff friendly, ready to come for help. The room has a coat, set of towels, hygiene in normal. I recommend.

Aside from the slightly outdated facilities, everything else is fine; the specifications are decent, just the decor isn't new. It's quite quiet, and overall the experience is acceptable.

Hotel in the center of Krasnodara. Former tourist. Stop here whenever it is necessary to be in this area. Great, diverse breakfasts, big rooms, take a room with a view to the yard as they are very noisy and drive cars across Red, so it is impossible to sleep. There is a spa zone, hamm, sauna, swimming pool.

Останавливалась в этом отеле. Очень чисто, уютно! Атмосфера расслабления в этом отеле. У меня была пересадка в Адлере. Выбрала этот отель и не разочаровалась! В этом отеле есть номера с террасами, я думаю это будут идеальные номера для отдыха на длительном пребывании. Очень хороший персонал на ресепшене, доброжелательный.

Excellent hotel ,not the first time stop ,,good breakfast with champagne ,there are interesting spa procedures ,there are many parks walking ;there is your parking ,all clean,really there is no refrigerator in the room

Большой номер с балконом, вид на море. Есть лифт, кулер с водой на 1 этаже, гладильная доска на этаже. Собственной парковки нет, но есть городская и сбоку платная охраняемая. Персонал-огонь👍🏻.

It would be more convenient of course to have your teapot in the room and a couple of tea glasses there to avoid running on the floors) Nearby shop and stop, embankment in pedestrian access The girlfriend is a little sleepy- and irritated by a bright in the dark evacuation plan opposite the bed, but it is safety rules, nowhere to go)

Чисто, удобно, красиво. Понравилось, что была колонка салют в номере, утро начиналось с музыки. Брали номер с видом на море и много времени проводили на балконе любуясь. Завтраки разнообразные и обслуживание прекрасное. Спа хороший. Ужины отдельная любовь, ооочень вкусно в ресторане, заказ по меню. Были там 5 дней, сплошные плюсы, уезжать не хотелось. До этого останавливались в других отелях Сириуса, но теперь только сюда:)

Отель расположен в туристическом центре,в шаговой доступности до площади Свободы и до Сухого моста. Вежливая встреча на ресепшен.В номере есть кондиционер,тв,маленький холодильник,радиатор отопления.Очень сильная слышимость.Горячая вода с таймером.В номере нет чайника,нет обычной бесплатной бутылки воды.Завтрак варенные яйца,сосиски,салат,растворимый кофе,чай.Для остановки на одну ночь нам отель подошел.
