Guest UserService: Warm and thoughtful. Before check-in, we will ask about arrival time and send location. During your stay, you will also be answered with all your questions and the service will be attentive.
Hygiene: Very clean, not inferior to star hotels. The mattress in the room is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Will come again next time.
Facilities: Everything is available, including disposable supplies. Environment: The location is better. The room I stayed in can see Shuanghe Lake and the musical fountain in summer.

Guest UserCleanliness: Tidy and spotless, the environment is quite nice. It's close to attractions and offers great value for money, highly recommended! 👍🏻 There's a small courtyard which is very cozy. The front desk staff was friendly and even walked us to the entrance of the scenic area.

The hotel's environment and hygiene are excellent. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was neat and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. The smart Xiao Du assistant was very convenient to control. The front desk lady was enthusiastic and helped me with downloading the invoice online, and even arranged a late-night snack for me – it was so thoughtful!

Daria IvashchenkoGreat hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior.
Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city.
The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them).
The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time).
There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them

-maomi-Like coming home, receiving thoughtful care everywhere.
Mo Shang Yi Su, though called a B&B, has long surpassed the typical 'agritainment' style. Its facilities rival those of a star-rated hotel, but with an added warmth and human touch that high-end hotels often lack. When I wanted to visit the Shaolin Temple scenic area, the proprietress said, ”Wait a moment, I'll drive you there.” Upon getting out, she didn't forget to remind me, ”Remember to call me when you're done, and I'll pick you up.” It was only about 600-700 meters, but it was incredibly heartwarming.
As the sun set, the proprietress had already hosed down the rooftop terrace, suggesting we could go up and sit. After dinner, the entire B&B was filled with the scent of agarwood. Each floor also had an elegant tea room.
After a day of sightseeing, the proprietress asked, ”What would you like to eat? We'll cook for you.” After ordering, she said, ”You can go back to your room first, we'll call you when the food is ready.” It truly felt like being at home.
Before I left, the proprietress thoughtfully gave me a parting gift, allowing me to take some of that warmth home with me.
As I checked out, the second-generation young man who drove me to the station shared some simple yet profound words: ”When we run a B&B, we don't compete with farm stays. We just focus on providing excellent service. We try our best to meet our guests' needs. If there's something we can't do, we find someone to help. And for requests guests haven't even made, we try to be thoughtful and proactive, striving to ensure guests leave with no regrets.”
I wish the B&B family all the best and continued success!

The room is ok, there is a fragrance inside, maybe I don't like it, I come to this hotel for a short stay. The location is very good and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The room is clean and well-planned, but the bedding is a bit hard, which affects sleep. The service staff is friendly and the check-in is quick, but the room cleaning is sometimes not timely. The quality is average. Overall, it is a decent choice with room for improvement.

The homestay is located on the pedestrian street right outside Luoyi Old City. It is easier to access through the parking lot at the back, though most taxi driver will refuse to reach there as the street is pretty narrow. Although the homestay follows old Chinese theme for all rooms and furniture, everything is new and clean. We even had water filter machine. There’s a separate laundry room that you can use for free. We were lucky that our room was at the very back, far from the noisy pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who prefer staying close the to old city to take photoshoot in Chinese costumes.

Upon arrival, I was amazed on how quiet and clean the space were, took countless photos and couldn't dare to mess the space up, but I had to. It was such a lovely welcome with a flower (fake) on the bed, such a nice prop if you plan to take pictures with the lovely soft light coming from the window.
Location is very convenient, close to the metro and buses, being right at the entrance of the 丽景门, going places was ideally. Foods and milk tea stores were downstairs less than 5min walk away. 15-20min you would had reach the end of the night market from the hotel.
The room was clean and neat. If solo travel or couple traveller, it would be least of an issue, but if travelling with your friend, I must say the main door to the bathroom do need a little cover up as it is just a glass door. The bed was comfy, the pillow was the right height and firmness. I love the big space that's worth the price. I felt so space in this little hotel, the owners were so kind and friendly, vey lovely service too.
In conclusion: i would come back here when I'm in Luoyang again.

Josh_mnWe had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.

Pops HaridassFirstly, as a foreigner, this type of accommodation is typically known as a micro hotel which has no visible signage indicating the venue. One has to rely on the goodness of passrbys to find the hotel.
Secondly, the dingy reception desk was unmanned with not a soul in sight to enquire further. After a long wait, what appears to be the manager and his assistant arrives but continue to engage in their laundry duties rather than attending to their guest.
Thirdly, the suite itself while very practical in Asian countries, is dusty and ranks with staleness and definitely not for foreigners by Western standards. The ablution area is squeezed into a less than 2sq meter area with a broken shower head virtually hanging over the toilet bowl. It's quite clear that the chrome work has not seen detergents applied to it in months.
While this type of accommodations may be acceptable by local standards, it should be advertised as such with clear pictures showing the ablution areas.
However, if ia guest's stay is measured by the satisfaction of their sleep, then I will admit that the bed itself scores a 8 out of 10. The mattress was indeed very good and firm.
Will I return again, NO!
