I rarely visit Harbin, and this trip was a short one. After a lot of deliberation, I chose the Ocean Ritz. For someone as picky as me, everything from the breakfast quality, service attitude, and hygiene to the facilities was excellent. The afternoon tea had a great ambiance, and there were fresh welcome fruits every day. The front desk even upgraded my room, which was really nice. The location is incredibly close to Central Street, and you can walk about 1km to St. Sophia Cathedral. Finally, I have to say the decor of this Ritz is superb, and all the staff members are wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin.

It is very close to Mudanjiang High-speed Railway Station, just a few minutes' walk away. It is very convenient for shopping and eating around. The hotel is an old 5-star hotel. I have stayed there many times and I feel that the service is as good as always.

I brought my mom shopping this time, and to make it convenient, I booked a Shangri-La river view room. The location is absolutely fantastic; it's easy to walk to great places for dining and shopping nearby. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very professional and excellent. They even upgraded my room this time. Although the facilities are a bit dated, I've actually grown to prefer hotels like this in recent years – the prime location and views combined with a sense of historical charm are wonderful.

The room has windows and is quite spacious. Fresh fruit is provided daily, and the hot springs are open until late at night. The buffet restaurant's food was just okay. My child couldn't wake up in time for breakfast, and we weren't allowed to take food to go.

Facilities: Great! The pool was very clean! However, the temperature was quite low, not reaching 28 degrees Celsius in winter, so it was a bit cold. Hygiene: Clean! Clean! It's pet-friendly, which is fantastic! We arrived very late, but the staff still gave us a welcome gift, very enthusiastic. Environment: Very good! The hotel has a limited area for pets to play, but it doesn't really matter as there's a huge lakeside right behind the hotel, perfect for a stroll. Service: We had a small incident in the early morning. After going out for an early market breakfast, we drove back to the hotel, but the security guard blocked us from parking back in the hotel. We were already very tired and just wanted to go back for some more sleep. The guard said there would be a wedding car coming soon, but we, as hotel guests, were clearly there first. Yet, he wouldn't let us in and made us wait by the roadside for a very long time, and no wedding car ever showed up. We were very angry and called the front desk. Thankfully, the staff quickly arranged and guided us to the underground parking. When checking out, another lady promptly explained the situation again and gave us many apology gifts, which actually made me feel a bit embarrassed. The hotel's service is really good, and Qiqihar's early morning market is definitely worth a visit!

A great B&B! It's newly opened! Very clean! ! Excellent value for money! The scenery is also great, there is snow outside the window, the kang is very warm, it is very hot until morning! It's a good place to live here when you go to Snow Valley, but it may take about 8 minutes to walk to the small streets! If you want to go to Wusong Ridge, you can ask the boss to arrange a free shuttle bus.

I called in advance to communicate and offered to help reserve a parking space. I felt good before checking in. After checking in, the waiters were always very enthusiastic. Check-in at the hotel is slightly less efficient, and when skipping room inspections has become more popular, you still need to collect a deposit for items, but room inspections are very quick when checking out.

The hotel has breathtaking views from the room, fitness center and breakfast restaurant. The fitness and swimming pool area are excellent. Breakfast had a wide selection of Western and Chinese food. However, I was still a little bit disappointed. The hotel is definitely overpriced and not worth it's value. I came there to celebrate my birthday and clearly stated it in the form that they had sent to me on my email. Usually, the hotels of this level leave a birthday gift of some kind, something like a cake or else. But I didn't get anything, not even a complimentary platter of fruit in the room. I just feel a little bit confused, I think hotels of such level should take such things into consideration. P.S. When we arrived at the hotel on the first night, the waiter asked if we had any requirements for the room. He was very friendly and arranged a quiet room according to our request. The room is new and big, the bathroom is spacious and has separate wet and dry areas, and the shower water is good. The overall experience is very good and I will choose it again next time. This hotel does a great job with its service.

Coming here again, another new experience, I feel very comfortable. The environment here is very good, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the air here is fresh, the staff is warm and thoughtful, giving people a home feeling. The room is very warm. I will come again next time when friends gather.
