I will definitely be booking again. The staff was very nice and informative, the location was very convenient and the room was clean. The room is a great size for travel, the bed was comfortable, it had a fridge, a coffee machine, the bathroom was clean and fully stocked. I saw a few reviews regarding the noise, but that wasn't an issue at all for us. It was very quiet.
The room is large, but the mattress is too high, and the sofa is old and dirty, so I dare not sit on it. The room has a balcony, but it is useless in winter.
The air conditioner is very loud and cannot be turned on when sleeping.
Pros: The gym is good with complete equipment; breakfast is rich in variety.
Cons: The attitude of the front desk staff is average
After staying for a few days, I found that my body was swollen, red and itchy, as if it was caused by mosquito bites, so I dare not stay there anymore. Although there is no evidence that it is the hotel's problem, I stayed there for nearly ten days and did not stay anywhere else.
First off, the location is excellent. It's less than a 5-minute walk to the subway, with direct lines to South Station, Harvard, and MIT. The Star Market supermarket, just an 8-minute walk away, is huge and has delicious fruit. You can even buy fresh lobsters there – two large ones for just over $20 – and they'll steam them for you to take home. Behind the hotel, there's a beach, perfect for watching the sunset and enjoying a relaxing sea breeze.
Secondly, the service is also excellent. It offers a warm, personal touch, quite like hotels back home. They provide complimentary airport pickup, fresh chocolate chip cookies are provided daily, and refreshing lemonade is always available. Housekeeping is also daily; compared to the last hotel I stayed at near Niagara Falls, where they only cleaned every three days, the service here is far superior!
While it's a little far from downtown, a taxi ride is only around $10-$15, so I still feel it offers good value for money.
The room is big, the breakfast is quite rich, of course it is American style, parking is free, it is convenient to go to the city center, and it is within walking distance to the subway station next to it
With a stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Brockton (Boston), MA in Brockton, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Brockton Fire Museum and Good Samaritan Medical Center. This hotel is 15.6 mi (25.1 km) from Gillette Stadium and 1.6 mi (2.5 km) from Good Samaritan Employee Health.
Be sure to enjoy recreational amenities including an indoor pool and a hot tub. This hotel also features complimentary wireless internet access and a vending machine.
A complimentary self-serve breakfast is served on weekdays from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM and on weekends from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Featured amenities include a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 63 guestrooms featuring refrigerators and flat-screen televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and cable programming is available for your entertainment. Private bathrooms with shower/tub combinations feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. Conveniences include safes and desks, and housekeeping is provided daily.
The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The family suite is booked. The facilities are complete. It is very close to the outlets. The surrounding environment is also relatively quiet. The fly in the ointment is that the service staff is very general. It may be because the language communication ability is limited. Even the breakfast has an old service. The staff is very indifferent and stereotyped, and the impression is very bad.
The hotel can park for free and it is very convenient to drive by car.
This was my friend's favorite room during this trip to the US, and the price was quite reasonable. Compared to hotels in New York, this place was truly comfortable. It's small but exquisite; though the room is compact, it's fully equipped and very clean. The view from the scenic room was also excellent. The lobby is decorated very warmly, and there are many young people around. Breakfast was also quite rich. We were very satisfied and highly recommend it.
free shuttle to airport is great
1min walk to train and silverline station which saves the need to pay extra to stay in downtown
though might take additional 20min to go in town but also can just take the train to Salem which is convenient
right across from a fbi building so assume it is top safety level though it gets a bit eerie at night as no one walking outside.
room is big just can hear the train honking every time it approaches which is a bit noisy
also a bit more walk further there is a supermarket and burger king which is great
It was a generally good stay, with nice amenities and a spacious room. There was one issue that came up: the Trip.com website stated that the room would be on the 27th floor. However, when checking in, the reception at the Encore hotel said the highest they could give me was the 17th floor, 10 floors below what was promised, even though I showed them my reservation detailing that reserved room was on the 27th floor. A second issue to be aware: this establishment that calls itself a ”resort hotel” does not have a mini-fridge in the room. One can rent one for $40/night, which is a bit mind-boggling. The only fridge in the room is dedicated for the mini-bar. However, one cannot use that fridge because any movement of items in it would incur a charge since the sensor system, which tracks each bottle, would trigger a charge to the room. This meant I could not place my perishable item in the mini-bar fridge by shifting the alcoholic bottles to make space for my perishable items. Otherwise, this was overall a pleasant stay.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserIn Southborough, very close to the company, nice and quiet environment
The front desk service was very good. I arrived quite late at night and was given freshly baked cookies, which was very considerate
The room was quite large, the two large beds were very comfortable, the bathroom facilities were also good, and the cloakroom was very convenient
You can watch Netflix and other movies on the TV for a fee, and there is also cable TV
The only drawback is that the coffee machine is very dirty, with dust inside and outside, and needs to be washed before use. The disposable cups and cup lids provided are also covered with dust
I don’t know if this room has not been occupied for a long time
Please check the hygiene of the room before checking in
XXin Yi WinonaRoom was big and clean. Great views from the room. They also have a decent restaurant that had fresh oysters going for 1 for USD1, which was the most bang for buck meal in Boston.
HHeliyoulilingIt's just an ordinary business hotel, just stay for a while, it's very quiet, but the room facilities are a bit old, but the bedding and everything are clean, overall it's good, nothing to complain about
WwyJJMomThe lobby has a fireplace and plenty of sofas, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom was bright and clean. The 24-hour fitness room is small but well-equipped. I feel that Hotel Hilton's hotels are generally very good and I will choose more of their hotels in the future.
BbayuemaThe one-bedroom suite featured a king-sized bed and a sofa bed. With two closets, it offered ample space for our family of three. The sofa bed was significantly better than those at Homewood Suites in New York – it didn't creak and was actually quite comfortable to sleep on.
The hotel is conveniently located just 300 meters from Chinatown, ensuring our cravings for Chinese food were easily satisfied every evening. Getting to both the airport and the train station is easy with the free Silver Line (SL) bus service; just check Google Maps for the routes.
We absolutely loved Boston; it's a beautiful city! We used the Green Line a few times, but our transit cards never seemed to work successfully. The driver said something I didn't quite understand, and I also noticed other passengers weren't tapping their cards. I never really figured out why – perhaps it was free?
DDarburaPros:
New Yorker first time driving to Boston, so i need a hotel that provide parking. This hotel provide free and pretty safe parking in their basement which is excellent for interstate driving travelers.
Beside free parking, this hotel also great for sightseeing Boston via public transportation. There is a bus stop right across the street. Bus 77 will go straight to the Red Line Harvard Station. You can transfer to Red Line and go straight to the city. Or you can transfer to Bus 1, which will take you to nearby Boston University and Newbury St. From Newbury St stop, you can transfer to the Green Line at Hynes Convention Center Station. There are a lot of attractions right on the Green Line for you to explore.
When you are done with your travel, u can take Red Line or Bus 1 back to Harvard Station, then transfer 77 and it will take you back right next to the hotel.
This hotel also provide free breakfast in my booking. The breakfast is nice but will be better if it can last to 10am during the weekdays. (6-9weekdays, 7-10 weekends)
The room is not bad, pretty big with table, kitchen, refrigerator, sofa, two tvs and a bed. The room I have is pretty clean and I do not have much to complain. The hotel staffs are nice too.
Cons: The mattress is not too hard or soft and is comfortable for me. However, it is little too noisy when you try to move or turn.
The bathtub is slippery when you step in it, especially where there’s water in it. I have to grab the pole tight every time. The hotel need to address this issue for safety.
Yyuan~erThe location is average and the health is OK. We are working there so choose. If it is a trip, it is more troublesome, because it costs 30 dollars to take a taxi to the city and 30 dollars to Harvard University. There are no slippers and toiletries in the room, and there are no hotels in the United States. It is very strange. Breakfast is mainly cold meals. It is good to use it as a fast hotel. Don't think about it compared with the domestic Hilton.
에에이미맘The room assigned to me upon arrival was not cleaned, so I had to wait to be assigned another room, which was inconvenient, and the fact that the cleaning was not done thoroughly was unfortunate.
I would have been upset if I had thought it would be as hygienic as Korea.
They cleaned the room every day, but they didn't change the blankets.
They just re-set them.
So there were hairs and cookie crumbs in the blankets. 🥲
I didn't want them to fight, so I cleaned them up~^^
