This guesthouse met my expectations perfectly. After an exhausting day at Enshi Grand Canyon, all I wanted was to lie down, and this guesthouse is super close, just a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner even came out to greet us, making it easy to spot the place. The room had an amazing view and was very bright. The sofa was really spacious, perfect for lounging around. The complimentary snacks and fruit were a pleasant surprise – I even tried the stinky dried tofu and had a good laugh. We pre-ordered dinner, which was home-style cooking. Enjoying the beautiful scenery with a little wine, isn't that what a good trip is all about? The family room was huge, well-equipped, clean, and had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also something to look forward to. My noodles were a bit salty, but I still polished them off! 😅 The housekeeper was always smiling, which made our stay very comfortable. I even took photos to praise them!

Meeting such a wonderful host was the luckiest part of our trip. She upgraded our room for free, and both my mom and son absolutely loved it. She was also incredibly prompt in resolving any issues we had. The plate of snacks and her kind advice made us feel so at ease. Definitely a five-star recommendation!

Facilities: Very new, with beautiful marble decor. Hygiene: The rooms are all quite clean. Environment: It's just across the road from T2, you can see planes and there's a small garden. The environment is superb. Service: The service is always great every time I come. There's also room service available at night, which is perfect for those catching a flight. Free shuttle bus between Wuhan Tianhe Airport T2-T3 terminals (not applicable for transit passengers): It's quite convenient to transfer to T3, and the shuttle bus starts running very early.

This was my first time staying in a hot spring family room, and it was absolutely fantastic! The hot spring at this hotel was excellent, looked quite clean, and wasn't too crowded. The hotel itself is relatively new. Both breakfast and lunch were superb. I'll definitely bring my child back to stay here again. The hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Very satisfied, and I've already recommended it to several people.

Our stay was excellent! We arrived in Wuhan a day early because we couldn't get train tickets for the May Day holiday, so we booked an extra night at the hotel. We checked in very late, in the early hours of the morning. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They combined our bookings, which saved us the hassle of checking out and then back in again the next day. They also kindly offered us complimentary breakfast for April 30th. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of Wuhan's local specialties. The lounge, however, offered a more limited selection. If you're looking for a wider spread, I'd recommend dining on the first floor. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. On the first day of the May Day holiday, they even wished us 'Happy May Day' as we left the hotel. Staying at the Shangri-La is definitely a great choice when visiting Wuhan.

Self-driving to Hubei, found this hotel on Trip.com , the location is in the city center, parking is very convenient, the hotel check-in is very fast, the little girls at the front desk are warm, especially the little girl's work attitude is focused professional enthusiasm, service quality and service awareness are very high, Knowing that we are traveling to Hubei for the first time, we are very intimate to help us plan the attractions and routes of the itinerary, and the service staff on the floor are thoughtful. Service: Extended stays do not include fruit by default! Even though the booking page clearly stated that fruit was included when rebooking! Items that should have been provided in the room (tote bag, tissues, tea) were not replenished! The room was not cleaned properly! Extended stays already save the trouble of changing sheets and blankets, so to skimp on cleanliness and item replenishment is clearly a matter of attitude! Service has flaws, and management is lacking! The first night's stay was generally very good. Judging from the overall environment, the owner aims to create a high-end brand. The facilities and equipment are fine, but the lack of adequate service is the key factor hindering development! Extended stays have problems with various details! It's clearly a case of starting strong but ending weak! The essence of service in the hotel industry is standardization! Once service is compromised, the investment in facilities and environment is dragged down! This is an objective evaluation!

The overall aspects are very balanced and the living is very smooth. The dining is simple and exquisite, the taste is reliable, and the daily dining is completely enough. The front desk and staff are very enthusiastic and the problem is solved in a timely manner. The room hygiene is quite good, living quietly and relaxing, and the quality of sleep has improved. This trip was a wonderful surprise and a truly touching experience, starting with booking the hotel. It was a warm welcome in the winter of 2026. I initially booked a hotel for that night on Ctrip, but later saw a discounted package deal. I immediately contacted customer service to modify my booking, and they listened to my request and contacted the hotel promptly to change the order. We were extremely satisfied! 👍 Furthermore, the hotel service was excellent, thoughtful, and attentive. A small note with a greeting was like a warm current dispelling the chill. In short, it was a truly unforgettable experience.

When I first chose this hotel in Wuhan, it was because of its revolving restaurant, which offers a panoramic view of Wuhan from above. However, I didn't expect that what truly impressed me was its service and overall facilities. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. My body was aching from traveling, but the bed was incredibly soft and conformed perfectly to my body – fantastic! The service was also top-notch! So thoughtful, truly not what I'd expect from a hotel at this price point. If I ever come back to Wuhan, this will definitely be my first choice. And the revolving restaurant in the morning was also great! It really does rotate slowly, allowing for a 360-degree view of Wuhan's scenery – very unique! The breakfast was also very rich and varied; my kids ate a lot. You can even find Wuhan's special early morning breakfast (guozhao) here, so there's no fear of missing out on this Wuhan custom. Perfect, truly perfect!
