The best decision we made on this trip was choosing this hotel! We are so incredibly satisfied! Initially, we just picked it for its great location, but we never expected such wonderful service. Every day, the butler would send reminders and greetings, truly living up to the standards of a star-rated hotel. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a full floor-to-ceiling ocean view. As southerners, we found the heating a bit dry, so they sent someone to set up a humidifier. When we needed help at night, the hotel staff responded very quickly. For the last two days, my family member had some gastroenteritis, and the hotel even sent up plain congee. Our stay happened to be over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and the hotel sent various gifts to our room, making it feel very special. Next time we come to Qingdao, we will definitely choose this hotel again – the value for money and satisfaction are simply off the charts!

Honestly, the location is fantastic, directly connected to the terminal, and there's plenty of free parking right outside. A special thank you to the lovely front desk lady who upgraded our room. However, at breakfast, the hotel had the audacity to designate the narrowest, most awkward, and worst corner of the restaurant as a 'Ctrip customer only' area. The staff then insisted we sit there, which felt incredibly insulting – are they segmenting customers by class?! Of course, we refused, and thankfully, the staff politely didn't push the issue.

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

The hotel is on the edge of the ancient city of Taierzhuang, very close to the past. The little sister in black at the front desk of the hotel had a very good service. She checked in in time and upgraded the room for free. She helped guide the car to park in the backyard of the hotel. She also helped with luggage and adjusted the TV in the room. Jia Weixin sent the performance of the ancient town to my mobile phone. It was too warm. Must be praised. The room was very large and clean. Stayed for a while, went to the ancient town to play, and ate local food. Today, I left the store, the front desk also sent 2 local specialty pancakes, thank you very much, the stay experience is good, it is recommended, five-star praise!

The mattress is neither too soft nor too hard, paired with blackout curtains and silent air conditioning, ensuring a quiet and comfortable night's sleep even when facing the street. The separate wet and dry bathroom design makes morning routines more leisurely. There's also freshly ground coffee available in the 26th-floor lobby, making the beautiful view even more enjoyable! As for the service, it goes without saying. There are only a handful of five-star hotels in Yantai, and even fewer in the city center. Pullman can certainly be considered among the most enthusiastic in terms of service. Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!

The room was clean, spacious and beautiful. Fruits and yogurt were provided. The large window allowed you to see the Caozhou Peony Garden. A souvenir was given when you checked out. The breakfast and evening buffet had a wide variety of dishes, good quality, and was clean and hygienic. The waiter's service attitude was also good, which was great! It is close to the Caozhou Peony Garden and can be reached on foot. I will choose this place again next time I come.

I've chosen MGM many times, and this stay was the most satisfying. A huge thanks to the professional and thoughtful butler, the lovely Doris, for upgrading me to an unbeatable sea-view room (who understands the joy of watching the sea bathed in morning sunlight? 🌅). The complimentary Christmas-themed scrawled little lion also added to the festive double holiday atmosphere 🎄🦁. The hotel's hardware facilities are excellent, and I really loved the vintage red tones of the room this time. The various 'Hermès orange' items and擺件 were also very bright. The HONG bar on the first floor has live music, and having a drink with friends there really set the perfect mood 🍸. As my last trip of the year, this experience was truly both romantic and warm 💜. I hope happiness continues to accompany me in the new year 🌈.

The hotel has a large parking lot, free parking, charging piles, laundry room, washing machine and dryer, gym, beauty room, nail beauty, breakfast tastes good, and the price is right! A very happy journey! I must stay here next time! I recommend everyone to try it when they come to Weifang. The breakfast here provides a special Chaotian pot. The sesame cakes are really better than those outside. If you can accept it, go outside and try it! It's 10 minutes to the Kite Museum and 30 minutes to Fangci Town. It's quiet in the hustle and bustle, surrounded by various delicacies, waiting for you to discover

Guest relations staff Mindy proactively reached out to ask about my room preferences and prepared everything in advance, even notifying me about the complimentary fruit. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; despite being in the city center, it was incredibly quiet and undisturbed. The fresh air system kept the air clean, leading to a great night's sleep 👍
