Hotel is good with all amenities near by But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy. After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need . Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food . Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃  Finally guys ( red)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel Agra, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering luxurious rooms, world-class amenities, and a serene atmosphere that ensures complete relaxation. A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued. The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing. I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family! This was by far the best hotel I've found in India, especially for the price – I was absolutely thrilled! It felt like a palace. The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were wonderful and spoke English. There's a rooftop pool where I even managed to sunbathe. There's also a restaurant up there; the food seemed good, though I only ate once. The location is superb; it's about a 15-minute walk to the Taj Mahal ***** a pleasant, clean road. There are many beautiful hotels and restaurants nearby, and the whole area is surprisingly clean and well-organized. The shower had great water pressure and hot water, plus nice creams, shampoos, etc. – showering was a real pleasure. The towels and bedding were clean. The breakfast was Indian, but you could find things like eggs, toast, and fruit. I was also able to exchange money at reception. This hotel was a perfect oasis for both my body and soul between travels. I wholeheartedly recommend it; you won't regret it!

I've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.

Hyatt doesn't need a review anymore. Everything was perfect.

The room was just nice but is noisy, not sure is due to the gang next door or some kind of machine sound. Service is slow. Good for short stays as worth of the value.

(Good point) Lobby is clean and nice Good staff, good ***ners and good service I checked in at 15:00, but I was able to check in normally even if I went to 12:00. the restaurant is beautiful The bed is soft and comfortable Good laundry service The pool is pretty clean. Not at a level where you can't swim. Is there a breakfast buffet menu every day? change. I stayed 2 nights but it was nice to have a change. (bad place) I lost my friend's earphones in the room, but I couldn't find them. 2 hours after check out... old hair dryer Heavy construction noise during the day Occasional power outages (recovers in about 1 minute, but often...) Hotel facilities (rooftop, lounge, etc.) are lacking in some places It feels old and deserted. The view from the window is not good (surrounding ruins, etc.) The breakfast bread is bad (croissants, donuts, etc.) and should be improved.

This hotel offers reliable service, but I was quite concerned about the number of flies and mosquitoes in the restaurant during meals. While the front desk staff were fine, I couldn't understand a word the waiter said due to his very strong accent. He then gave me a look of annoyance, as if it was my fault for not understanding, which was quite rude. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Japanese travelers.

Pros: 24-hour front desk service, about a 15-20 minute walk to the Taj Mahal. Breakfast is served on the lowest floor with a good variety of food. Cons: The instructions given by the hotel front desk were unclear; they told us we couldn't enter the Taj Mahal after 5:30 PM, but we found out entry was actually permitted until 6:15 PM. The hotel is located on the basement level, so there's no natural light. There were flies in the restaurant, which made it feel unsanitary. Summary: Overall, it was just average. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process quick and easy. The location is very convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy access to transportation. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
