The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; you can walk to Mitsukoshi and other department stores. There's also a direct airport shuttle bus right to the hotel entrance. The lobby is grand, and the staff are professional. The rooms are standard, clean, and hygienic. They even cleaned our room even though we forgot to put out the 'make up room' sign. All amenities, like toothbrushes, were well-stocked in the bathroom. It's excellent value for money, and I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

The airport shuttle drops you off right at the hotel entrance. Since I arrived early, the front desk attendant kindly offered to store my luggage. When I returned in the evening after exploring, I checked in. My room was on the 16th floor, as requested, and the bed was set up exactly how I wanted it. Despite facing the street, the room was incredibly quiet; I couldn't hear any noise from outside or the hallway. The hotel is conveniently located just a 6-7 minute walk from Fushimi Station, which is only one stop away from both Nagoya Station and Sakae Station. The hotel exudes an old-money charm, but it's exceptionally well-maintained, elegant, and spotless. The staff greeted every guest warmly. The room was quite spacious, and having a walk-in closet was a great bonus. It was cleaned daily, and the mini-fridge drinks were complimentary. The toiletries were Bulgari. Across from the hotel is Shimo-en Park, and the airport shuttle stop is right by the park, making it very convenient for families with multiple pieces of luggage or elderly members. Overall, the Nagoya Kanko Hotel left a profoundly positive impression on my trip to Nagoya.

Fantastic theming in the rooms and hotel generally. Great for our 2 and 4 year old boys. The gifts inside the Treasure Chest are great. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. We also spent two nights at Disney Resort Toy Story hotel and found the Legoland Hotel to be better. The only things I think could be improved would be the sound proofing of rooms - our kids slept at 8pm and you can hear all the kids/people talking and walking in the hallway outside. The water play area also gets booked out literally one minute after it opens (12pm) so we had no chance to use it even though I was on the website at 12.09pm. It feels a bit like false advertising of a hotel feature when it’s not even possible to access.

I made a reservation just because it was cheap, including Vijiho, but it was a very comfortable space. Since it is an adult hotel, the bed was large and I could sleep comfortably. It was good to have breakfast and choose Western or Japanese food.

The room facilities are relatively old, especially the noise in the room, the sound of the water pump, etc., and the transportation is not convenient.

Excellent location, just on top of the Nagoya Station. Lobby on 15th floor and a lot of restaurants on 12th and 13 th floors on the same complex. The room was spacious and clean. The panoramic city view from the hotel room was amazing! you could even saw the snow mountains far away. Everything was perfect. They even provided daily skin care set for ladies! Will definitely return.

Hilton Nagoya 📍 **Location:** Conveniently situated in the heart of Nagoya, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Nagoya Station. This prime location offers easy access to the Shinkansen (bullet train), subway, and Meitetsu lines, making it incredibly convenient for exploring shopping areas like Sakae and Osu Kannon, or visiting Nagoya Castle. With convenience stores and drugstores nearby, it's perfect for both business and leisure travelers. True to Japanese hotel standards, the cleanliness is impeccable. Both the guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained, showing no signs of age or wear and tear. Higher floor rooms offer stunning panoramic views of the Nagoya Station area's nightscape. The front desk staff are professional and communicate fluently in English, and room service is prompt and efficient. On a separate note, we encountered a minor issue during our stay. However, two managers were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the problem to our complete satisfaction. Many thanks to them for their excellent assistance! 🙏

I stayed alone in a triple-bed room, but it was spacious and comfortable. I wasn't able to eat breakfast this time, but it was delicious the last time I had it. The breakfast area was also spacious, so I could eat without worrying about others. The lobby was also spacious and comfortable. I think it would be more popular if there was a large public bath on the top floor.

## Facilities Overall, the facilities at Tiad Hotel are quite comprehensive, and the property is very spacious. However, considering modern user expectations, it lacks screen mirroring functionality, which I believe could be improved. Additionally, the toilet flush is quite loud after use; I'd suggest optimizing that. ## Cleanliness Although the rooms are large, it's clear that the cleaning staff are very meticulous. Having stayed in Japan many times, this is one of the cleaner hotels I've encountered. It certainly lives up to its standards. ## Ambiance From the moment you enter, throughout the lobby, gym, pool, and even the rooms – despite some areas not being exceptionally vast – cleanliness is evident at every turn. ## Service There's a welcoming service right at the hotel entrance, consistently available morning and night. Check-in was pleasant and friendly, with Chinese-speaking staff on hand. However, I found the Chinese-speaking staff to be slightly less enthusiastic than their Japanese colleagues. When I encountered issues during my stay and called the front desk, the response was very quick. Other than the slightly high price, this hotel is essentially excellent. ## Exclusive Guest Perks Regarding the exclusive guest perks: these were excellent, and the swimming pool is also very beautiful. However, swimming requires an appointment, and one day I couldn't secure a slot, so I had to book for the next morning. This was a real pity and my only regret.

MM302826****This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! From the lobby and guest rooms to the views and facilities, the value for money is simply impeccable! Since I was traveling solo and had no language barriers, I used a combination of public transportation and hiking through farmland and up mountains. It was quite a journey, but the scenery along the way, especially the sudden appearance of the sea at the end, was incredibly refreshing! The hotel actually provides a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel. For pick-up, you need to contact them in advance (I didn't have experience with this). For drop-off/drop-off, you just need to book the night before. Why bother with public transportation?
