This is a truly characterful hotel with spotless and tidy rooms, a wonderfully rich breakfast, and exceptionally polite and attentive staff. It looks close to the airport, but even taking the number 8 bus still requires about a 30-minute walk, especially since there are so many cars on the main roads, it's quite inconvenient and gives you goosebumps. Advantages: It's close to the car rental company, but once you get there, you'll realize how terrible the route is. It's very unsafe, requiring you to cross many roads without traffic lights. New Zealand drivers are noticeably less courteous than Australian drivers, so be extremely careful. As for the environment and hygiene, I won't go into details. In the overnight hotel, you have to run outside to use the restroom. But considering the price, you'll have to put up with it.

The room was very large and spacious, and the cleanliness was excellent. It's a highly recommended motel that gave me the feeling of having a villa in New Zealand. We booked for four people, but it can actually accommodate up to six.

When I checked into the hotel that day, the front desk lady was very enthusiastic, introduced the basic situation of the hotel, and specially said that the door was closed at night, how to open the door, and then introduced the parking spot for the Christchurch bus, and walked less.

I had a fantastic stay at Christchurch Tasman Holiday Park! The location is perfect — close enough to the city for convenience, yet peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. The grounds are well-maintained, clean, and spacious, making it ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers. The facilities are excellent, with modern amenities including clean bathrooms, well-equipped kitchens, and comfortable communal areas. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the variety of accommodation options available, from powered sites to cozy cabins. 1. **Unbeatable Location** The hotel is right next to the waterfront promenade. Step out and you're at the beach in 50 meters. Cross the road and you're at the cruise terminal for whale watching and swimming with dolphins, so no need to rush for early morning whale tours. A 5-minute walk takes you to the town's supermarket and restaurants. In the evening, a stroll along the coast offers stunning sunset views of snow-capped mountains meeting the sea. 2. **Incredible View Rooms** If you book a sea view room, definitely choose one with floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy the direct view of the azure bay from your bed, with the Southern Alps stretching in the distance. The sunrise over the sea streams directly into your room in the morning, and at night, you can hear the gentle sound of the waves. The guest rooms are spacious, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the whole room has a modern, minimalist design. Since it's a relatively new hotel, the facilities are brand new with no signs of age or unpleasant odors. The soundproofing throughout the room is excellent, completely blocking out road noise. 3. **Comprehensive and Thoughtful Amenities** The hotel features an outdoor heated swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after water activities. There's also a small gym, convenient for a quick workout during a road trip. The daily buffet breakfast offers a rich variety of options, including local New Zealand sausages, fresh fruit, and made-to-order eggs – all delicious. The 24-hour front desk service is gentle and accommodating, and they even give a complimentary teddy bear souvenir to guests with children, a truly heartwarming detail. The hotel has its own free parking, so self-driving guests have no worries about parking. The Wi-Fi signal in public areas is stable. 4. **Pleasant Dining Atmosphere** The restaurant and bar, with their floor-to-ceiling windows, offer direct sea views. Enjoy a glass of local wine in the evening while watching the sunset; the ambiance is absolutely perfect.

The hotel is fairly centrally located (about a 15 minute walk), but at the same time in a quiet area. The room was huge, for lack of a better term - it's basically a lounge, a twin room and a double room. Not sure if that's actually the room I booked or an upgrade. At any rate, it was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The outer design is also very nice. There's also afternoon tea for free from 15:30 till 16:30. The price is not particularly low, but all things considered it's value for money (only 25-30% more expensive than a private room in a hostel), especially if more than one person is staying. All in all, a great option, if your budget allows it.

Not far from the supermarket and the Church of the Good Shepherd. Convenient for stargazing at night. Parking is very easy. The duplex townhouse has a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a bathroom on the lower floor, along with a utility room (possibly a linen room with bunk beds). Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with twin beds. For our family of four, we even had a spare room. The space is very generous. Although we arrived quite late, the front desk had left a phone number to contact staff, and the key was ready for us to pick up directly. The cleanliness was also very good, it's just that check-out times in Australia and New Zealand are generally quite early. Everyone was very satisfied with this accommodation.

HoteI had a great stay at this hotel. It is newly built and conveniently located near the airport, which made it very easy and convenient for us. There aren’t many other hotels nearby, and the nearest ones are about a 15-minute walk away. However, this wasn’t a problem because the hotel itself has a beautiful and clean restaurant. The food was also quite good, so we were able to enjoy a satisfying meal without having to go outside. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and very convenient, especially because of its location near the airport. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a nice place to stay near the airport.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right opposite a gas station and not far from the entrance to the bridge leading to the Church of the Good Shepherd. There's plenty of parking available. Plus, there's a pizza and crepe food truck right next door. The restaurant on the first floor serves delicious food. And there's a bar nearby with amazing burgers – definitely better than Big Face Burger! The ********* woman at reception was incredibly helpful; she went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. We'll definitely stay here again! Even though it's near the road, it didn't really affect our sleep. And the room was super warm and cozy!
