Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex.
We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours.
The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho.
The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use.
Overall a great stay and we will be back.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, and the room was spotless. Breakfast was nice. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying experience.
we were in town for my daughters wedding and our family and friends stayed at ocean Villas. the rooms were very nice, clean and remodeled. We really appreciated the beach chairs that were available for our use. Deb the manager was extremely nice, helpful and accommodating for our large group. I can't say enough good things about Deb and the staff! We will definitely stay at Ocean Villas the next time we are in town! I completely recommend this gem of a hotel!!!

Fast and quick check in, fully furnished kitchen and clean and spacious apartment. Did not have a chance to explore the facilities within the condo, but a pleasant stay with nothing to nitpick about.

If you wanna skip the long queues and head an hour earlier into the theme park - please booked disney related hotels. This cuts time waiting. Done the tron and dwarf ride within 1hr30 mins. This is when the crowd is starting to trickle in

Good clean hotel & rooms. Wonderful service. 10 min to Disney parks.
Unfortunately at 1am another guest triggered a false fire alarm, the staff very effectively resolved it quickly.
I must share this experience with everyone, be vigilant! ⚠️
Brand is considered top-notch in Hyatt, but the service we receive has never been worse!
1) Arrive at the airport first. When booking a hotel, I chose a hotel close to the airport. When I called the hotel, I said arrogantly: We don’t have a shuttle bus. You can take Uber yourself. Because I haven’t downloaded Uber yet, I went to call one, and the black driver charged us 25 for the 10-dollar journey;
2) When I went to the front desk, I seemed to be very enthusiastic. I asked for a credit card guarantee. I thought it was just a record, and I didn’t notify us. I just swiped $200/no receipt, and I only saw it when I turned on my phone when I got to the room. Complain to Ctrip, saying that it may be a guarantee, and wait until the last day to check out;
3) There are people excitedly calling friends in the corridor at 2-3 o'clock in the middle of the night. I have never encountered it in China/Europe. scrap paper);
4) We had breakfast the next morning, which obviously included meals, and we had to sign a bill (from now on every day) and explained that the waiter only said to keep a record, and signed the bill in duplicate/tips, we only signed one, The second one is taken away (reference) and no tip is given; (the waiter gave us the same feeling, too high-profile, too much emphasis on his own existence, giving the guests a sense of oppression (we like that no one disturbs) they always like to behave Enthusiasm, in fact, is not necessary;
5) (Because I receive reminders to debit the money from my mobile phone every day) Go to the front desk to confirm the breakfast-included question, but the little girl doesn’t know anything;
6) Complain to Ctrip customer service, Ctrip finds a local agent, Ctrip reminds me every day, the agent has not responded, and the attitude is particularly neglectful;
7). On the day of check-out, the front desk reconfirmed the issue of breakfast included, saying that if breakfast is included, a local fee will be deducted / there is a receipt, and when I check my phone at the airport, I will deduct a few hundred dollars (without any explanation / Receipt;
🤔️ At that time, I was annoyed. Hyatt deceits too much! ! !
If the agent doesn't reply, it doesn't matter, just go to the bank directly and freeze all deductions.
On the day the bank froze, Ctrip notified that the agent replied that there were several debits that were wrong. 🤑
Therefore, don't be afraid of the big shop bullying customers! Find a more authoritative one (this is the only way to deal with Americans, whoever insists on talking!)
In the follow-up, I chatted with my friends and said that Hyatt is like this!
So, lesson learned!
Suggestion, if you can not choose Hyatt, don't choose Hyatt! ! ! 👎

The hotel rooms were decent enough. Its main draw is the close proximity to the various Disney parks, coupled with a convenient shuttle service. However, the front desk service was quite disappointing. First, we were assigned a room on an undesirable floor. Furthermore, despite specifically requesting housekeeping during check-in, our room remained uncleaned upon our return.

Perfect location to visit Disney World and Disney Springs. The hotel garden is well maintained, impressively filled by Disney-themed decorations. We can share the swimming pools in all the All-star themed hotels as well. Free parking for both days although we only stayed for 1 night. However, we did not notice the hotel offered free water park admission till the time we checked-in. If it was stated in the Trip.com web site, we will definitely booked an extra day to stay.

Stayed 4 nights to visit Universal Studios.
Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, but since the hotel is spread out, it is convenient to get a room near the main lobby when checking in when taking the shuttle bus or using the restaurant.
Prices for food court restaurants are decent by US standards and the quality isn't too bad. There is also a shuttle to Universal Studios every 10 minutes, so it was convenient to use. It took about 5 minutes to go to Universal Studios by shuttle bus, and after getting off the shuttle bus, you have to walk through City Walk and walk about 10 minutes to the entrance of Universal Studios. The room was also well-maintained and tidy, but the heating did not work well in the cold weather in the room I stayed in. Housekeeping was well provided every day, and the response from the front desk via text message was convenient and satisfactory.

CCarmelWe liked our stay at this hotel. Liked the location and our room.
Staff are accommodating.
Breakfast was good but hopefully a breakfast buffet will be available too so as to have more options for the free breakfast included.
Definitely would rebook here for future travels and staycations.
FFineganThe hotel is a little confusing to get into as far as parking wise. Amenities are fair. The room was clean.
One drawback I can mention, is the hotel is located right on the train tracks. You can hear the train running all throughout the night. The train runs the horn so be prepared if you plan on staying here, to hear the train.
A second drawback was the thermostat in the room. Yes the thermostat. Why? The one in our room literally illuminated the entire room. It was as bright as a blue fire. I am sure like many of us adults like to sleep in the dark. No this literally was shining so bright you could read a book by the light. I would recommend to dim them for the customers prior to entering the room.
Oh we also had some noisemakers in our room next door. Had to call downstairs to let them know that it was time for rest.
This hotel is located in a party town. So assuming you like to party, it would be good for you.
MMama CheetahWe ended up at the Daytona Grande after the Hilton Oceanfront overbooked and we were on our way with no place to stay! Admittedly not the safest, but I had to book this place while driving from the Orlando airport and just looking for something that wasn’t a total dive but still decently priced without a ton of extra fees. No free breakfast here which is something I especially appreciate as a family of 6, but in this case it was just me and my teenage son in town for an archery championship. After the highly stressful day of travel we had, the Grande was like a little slice of Heaven! It was clean, quiet, and beautiful. We decided after having to skip lunch with flight delays and all that, we just wanted a good meal and a good bed and we got exactly that. My son and I split truffle fries to start, the crusted crab filet, and beignets for dessert. All were wonderful (and we’re from Dallas where there is no shortage of excellent food) and enjoyed Oceanside on the dimly lit quiet patio. My only criticism is that the tables should be turned perpendicularly to the ocean and hotel so that everyone at the table gets a view of both rather than one facing a wall while the other faces the ocean.
Rooms were nicely decorated, had comfortable, intuitive lighting, handy USB plugs, and most importantly REALLY COMFORTABLE BEDS! We have a Tempurpedic at home so my sleep is usually pretty abysmal at hotels. Now, this wasn’t as comfy as home, but I slept hard and woke without being sore since the bed was genuinely comfortable.
My only complaints about the room were that the window sheers, while stylish, really gave no privacy at all, so if you wanted privacy you had to sacrifice light. Water pressure wasn’t great and the bathroom needed more towel bars and hooks. This would’ve been way more of a nuisance with the whole family, but they also came midday and restocked towels and made up the beds, which we see less and less of these days, even at nice hotels in the name of being “green”. But it was spacious and clean and otherwise nicely equipped.
Elevators were fast and never held us up. Beach access from the elevator was nice as we didn’t have to walk through the lobby in swimsuits. Parking was slightly inconvenient being caddy corner across the street, but not bad at all. We considered but didn’t try room service mainly due to price and unknown wait (when we had tournament times to consider) but the little shop/cafe in the lobby was great and convenient and priced about as you’d expect (pricey, but not too ridiculous). We got coffee and breakfast sandwiches both days.
I think the biggest issue with this place is the visibility. It’s tall to be sure so you’re not going to miss it, but the entrance and signage is on the far side and behind a little aqua building (I think called Sand Dunes) which had to be apartments or a teeny hotel that I can only assume refused to sell to the Grande in development so the Grande built around it. It keeps it from having the opulent entrance that the Hilton does
Hhu****The hotel room is big, clean and tidy, and the scenery from the window is beautiful. It's just that there is no water retaining strip in the bathroom where the shower is, and the water is easy to get all over the floor.
There is a large parking lot near the hotel and a hospital.
The scenery of the restaurant is also beautiful, but the included breakfast is not a buffet, but a la carte, and there is a service charge of nearly 8 US dollars per order (I don’t know how to calculate it). It would be great if the service charge for breakfast is free next time I go again.
เเล็กวาThis hotel, good location, the service is also very good, the staff are smiling, the breakfast is considered good at a certain level, the only downside is that the room at the mattress and the bathroom has a small cockroach. Up to the bed as you can see, the hotel has a renewed, but some of them do not finish the room, there is an old part and there are cockroaches living in it.
EEvanFirstly SUPER CLEAN! Inside AND Outside. CLEEEAN! Usually I hate hotels with carpet, but it was so clean I genuinely felt comfortable taking my socks off!!! And after one full night of walking basically barefoot through the room the bottom of my feet were clean!!!!! And the beds are SO COMFORTABLE!!!! I really only have two negative things to say which I will stay below.
The Front Desk lady at first Kind of acted as if I was slightly bothersome, Which rubbed Me the wrong way at first especially after she informed me that there was a $50 deposit which was not told to me earlier over the phone or before purchasing a room or after. And at first she was uncaring. But they were busy, I have a job as well and sometimes I can be slightly shorter with some customers, it's never anything personal, we're human, but at the end of it she actually made an exception to the deposit because I was not informed. Which totally made up what I felt at first. She actually turned out to be very kind and caring. so this negative one actually wasn't that negative.. lol
Now .. the breakfast 😂. PITIFUL!!! It's not nasty. Or gross.. it's just, bleh.. beagles. Bread. Maybe ONE hot dish if your lucky. Only decent thing is One Waffles maker for a HUGE hotel. Which most hotels That serve breakfast. So again it's not bad, just nothing special.. one could even say subpar, I mean the Comfort suites which is right across the street which is much cheaper has two times better breakfast.. but nothing compares to the Home2 rooms. The rooms make up for the lousy breakfast.
The bathrooms!! Have FULL bottles of really good conditioner, shampoo on my antibody wash as well as hand soap and lotion. The Smart Tvs are AWESOME! Incredibly high definition and pretty big!! And the walls are pretty thick and soundproof, you might hear a door open or close next to you once in awhile but you don't really hear people talking or any noises from your neighbor other than the occasional door shutting or opening.
And I just have to speak on the breakfast part one more time, their breakfast bar the way it's set up you would think it was going to be so extravagant. When it's worse than. Comfort suites and comfort suites set. Is ... Let's just say not humbled, lol. It definitely less extravagant come up with the breakfast is decent, I have at least two to three hot items.
Fix your breakfast and I'll give you five stars all day on everything!!!
Oh yeah they also have a gym, as well as fire pits outside which is pretty cool!! And my room, which was the king sweet came with a full size couch, ottoman and what looks like a half kitchen basically with a dishwasher and full sink and even dishes!!
MMaria PortoExcellent location and very convenient for anyone visiting Universal Studios. Pools are a must and the hotel is very friendly overall. Highlights: airport shuttle (paid, Universal ShuttleStar), bus transportation to Citywalk all day every couple minutes (included), park early entrance (included), pools open till 10pm, market and Starbucks in the lobby. And, the biggest plus for me was the fact that they don’t have a strict check in rule: as long as they have a room available, you may check in (if you’re traveling in crazy hours with kids, this makes all the difference!).
Staff is great, very friendly and helpful despite the hotel being very busy at all times.
Rooms are clean - you don’t get service everyday but you can ask for anything and they leave you at your door. Again, despite the hotel being very crowded, kids running everywhere, everything was clean at all times.
Will definitely stay again.
GGuest UserHotel was located between both universal and Disney . Free shuttle bus however the shuttle bus is very busy. Hotel breakfast very basic and disappointing. Not many options. Bedrooms are modern decorated however some issues . Bed bugs and ants had to ask to change sheets . They didn’t change and when I asked for room to be cleaned I kept being ignored until eventually had to get senior staff involved . Ant’s definitely a problem in the hotel . Liked that they offered free full size bathroom products this was useful . AC is at one temp and can not be controlled so can get very cold in the room and bedding is thin.
