I was in Zhuhai for a business trip and decided to try out the Hengqin Bay Hotel. To my surprise, it turned out to be an exceptionally outstanding and versatile high-end hotel, perfectly balancing work efficiency and vacation leisure. First, let's talk about the location. It's right next to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, making it incredibly convenient for both business appointments and leisure activities nearby. The hotel's shuttle service is always on time, and if you're driving, parking is super convenient with clear signage. The lobby is luxurious and grand, making it perfect for business meetings. For me, the room facilities were absolutely perfect. There's a dedicated, spacious, and well-lit desk, with a non-glare lamp, and the internet speed is incredibly fast – no lag whatsoever during video conferences. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; you can't hear any outside noise, which is fantastic. The bedding is very comfortable, ensuring a high-quality sleep even on a business trip. The shower has great water pressure and consistent temperature, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. The hotel's dining options are rich and diverse. The buffet offers a wide selection of salads, steaks, seafood, and authentic Cantonese cuisine, all delicious. The service is absolutely top-notch. From the concierge proactively helping with luggage to the housekeeping staff's daily thoughtful greetings, and even a considerate inquiry about my stay before I left – this kind of service, where they treat guests like family, truly warmed my heart. The hardware maintenance is also excellent; both the gym and pool are clean and tidy. In such an environment, you can work efficiently and enjoy a relaxing vacation. Check-out was quick, and the overall experience completely exceeded my expectations. It's definitely the best choice for a business stopover or a business trip.

First off, a big thank you to Flora for arranging everything! We stayed at Wanghailou and MGM before this, and while those were satisfactory, Angsana's service truly surprised us. They upgraded our original sea view room to a 'Premium Sea View,' which was fantastic. The elevator goes directly down to the pool, and the way the pool blends with the trees here creates a wonderful, Bali-like atmosphere. Plus, the sunshine in Zhuhai isn't as intense as in Sanya, making it feel very relaxing – a much more laid-back vibe than the scenic pool at Wanghailou. The only minor point was on the other side of the pool, it seemed like it needed a good clean, as there was a bit of plastic trash. Since it wasn't a holiday, they also kindly arranged an early check-in and an extra hour for check-out, which I genuinely appreciated. At MGM, despite many empty rooms, they insisted on a 3 PM check-in, so comparisons are inevitable. The room facilities aren't brand new, but for the price point, they're perfectly fine, especially considering the neighboring hotels are over 3K. The Thai restaurant, 'Miyan,' was delicious; every dish was excellent, even better than most Thai restaurants. Irene also helped us secure the only private room, making for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. My only suggestion: the price of the Coke was unnecessarily high. The food prices were reasonable, but the Coke felt really out of place. Also, I'd suggest considering packages that include the minibar. For a resort hotel, a small investment there could greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, this was the best part of our trip, and we'll definitely be back!

My two friends and I stayed at the Meilihao this time, originally just looking for a place to relax for a couple of days. We didn't expect the experience to far exceed our expectations – our schedule was packed from morning till night, so I have to write a thorough positive review. First, let's talk about the facilities. The hotel's pool isn't a standard rectangle; it's irregularly shaped. The water seemed freshly cleaned and quite clean. It's divided into a children's play area and an adult swimming area, and there's staff monitoring the children's section, which is excellent for safety. There are also lifebuoys nearby. The deep end must be less than 1.65 meters, as the water level wasn't as high as me. Next to the pool, there's a wellness center. We initially planned to get a SPA with my friends, but the prices weren't very reasonable, so we skipped it. Further alongside, there are new energy charging stations, which is fantastic – we didn't have to go out looking for a place to charge. Dining: The buffet breakfast included with the room was incredibly lavish. It offered both Chinese and Western hot dishes, salads, fried rice, fried noodles, sweet soups, soy milk, egg tarts, donuts, and durian pastries – we thoroughly enjoyed it. Towards the end of our meal, the restaurant staff even brought us a platter of cantaloupe and watermelon. The biggest surprise was the **self-service afternoon tea** in the executive lounge. Everyone dining there was very civilized and quiet. You could help yourself to desserts, snacks, fruits, coffee, and tea. The coffee machine even let you choose between espresso and Americano, both of which were aesthetically pleasing and delicious. I felt like we got our money's worth just from these two meals! There were also small snacks and drinks in the lobby where we checked in, along with fruit drinks. The Qingbuliang sweet soup shop recommended by the lovely staff at the front desk was delicious. Guest Room: The hallway seemed to have an air freshener; the scent was very pleasant. Our triple room didn't have a window and looked like a school dormitory when we entered. The bed sheets and duvet covers were very clean, and the soft mattress was super comfortable to lie on. There wasn't enough water in the room to drink, but we could take water freely from the hallway. Upon check-out, the lovely staff asked about our stay, helped us scan the parking code, and even gave us a souvenir gift with some small snacks and a phone stand. The service was exceptional and very thoughtful. Meilihao Hotel has now been added to our list of places to revisit. Next time we're in Panyu, we'll definitely choose this place again.

I usually love staying at InterContinental hotels, but this trip was truly the best in terms of both my personal experience and the environment! I was fortunate to participate in a training session thanks to Teacher Daqi's team, and that's how I ended up staying at this hotel. The hotel Teacher Daqi chose has been my favorite among all my travels so far. It was supposed to rain those days, but miraculously, the rain stopped, and the weather was beautiful. In the afternoon, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the beach and spent a long time just relaxing. It was breathtakingly beautiful and I'm so grateful. The hotel also offers yacht experiences and other recreational activities, and the food is delicious – I highly recommend it! I rarely write reviews voluntarily, but I'm truly grateful. If I have another chance to visit Shenzhen, I'll definitely stay here again! In fact, I'm very thankful for this hotel. It's clean and comfortable, and I'm very grateful to Teacher Daqi and everyone at the hotel. Thank you 🙏

I booked a suite last minute, and the front desk upgraded my room upon check-in – awesome! The hotel is close to the zoo and other parks, with a free shuttle service, and it's also very convenient if you're driving. It's a large hotel with a small commercial street inside, though the variety isn't extensive. Still, it's worth a stroll. The hotel's facilities and decor have a distinct Chimelong Safari Park vibe, but it feels a bit sparse and simple. The room was spacious, and the greenery outside the window was refreshing. However, the downside is the outdated equipment. The hairdryer and shower facilities are years old and haven't been renovated. Plus, there was an issue with the bathtub plumbing, which is a definite minus. Breakfast was good. If you're primarily visiting for the zoo or water park, I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was my choice for a summer family trip, booked in advance with a 'stay + play' package. We arrived around 4 PM and I was still surprised by how massive it is. The penguin theme is really distinct, and it was packed with people – clearly a popular place! There were staff members everywhere. We took their advice and went to the Ocean Kingdom first, entering in minutes through the hotel's exclusive pass. When we returned after 6 PM, it was indeed less crowded, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean and odor-free, with child-friendly toiletries. The air conditioning worked great, the bedding was comfortable, and we had a view of the Ocean Kingdom from the window. We even discovered we could see the fireworks show at night, though unfortunately, a heavy rain that evening meant we had to miss Lang Lang's performance. Our dedicated butler was fantastic, explaining everything we needed to know about our stay and the park. For breakfast, they sent a QR code via WeChat, so no need to check at the front desk. Breakfast offered a huge variety, both Chinese and Western, and even though there were many people, it didn't feel chaotic. There was plenty of seating, and after a satisfying meal, we headed back into the park, full of good cheer. It was a very satisfying travel experience.

Excellent Stay at Grandview Golden Palace. The Room: The duplex suite is incredibly spacious, offering a great multi-level layout that feels more like an apartment than a hotel room. Location: Super convenient—only about a 600-meter walk to the Tiyu Xilu Metro Station, making it incredibly easy to navigate Guangzhou. Food Scene: A fantastic food street is right nearby, packed with excellent local dining options right at your doorstep. Highly recommended for anyone wanting space and convenience in Guangzhou!

Great service. Got upgraded for free but there was a very strong damp smell in my room which took a while to dissipate. The slides / water park area was great especially for kids lots to do with 4 or 5 various pools. We went just after the typhoon of late July 2026 so a lot of damaged trees / furniture were strewn all over. Beach is close to hotel with night time fireworks for sale. Kids softplay area is fairly fun (bring your own socks or purchase from them) Gym is decently sized. No laundry room though. Breakfast was good lots to choose from. Dinner is 198RMB for a buffet with a large selection of meats/ seafoods etc.

We were celebrating my child's birthday here, and when I informed the hotel, the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and decorated the room for the little one. I really appreciate that. They mentioned we could claim a complimentary birthday cake with my child's ID, but only if the birthdate on the ID matched the current date. Since my child's birthday is celebrated according to the ***** calendar, it naturally didn't match. I feel like this policy could be a bit more flexible. Luckily, I happened to run into a delivery person bringing a cake to the hotel lobby, and I was able to order one from him right away. It arrived in about an hour. Overall, everything was excellent, and the environment was lovely.

We've stayed at this hotel more than once, and that alone speaks volumes. It's one of the best hotels for us when visiting Zhuhai, particularly for its location between Xiangzhou District and Hengqin. The sea-view rooms are especially wonderful; just opening the balcony door (or even just looking through it) will captivate you with the stunning views of the Haojiang River and Macau. You can fully enjoy events like the Macau fireworks in September or watch the sunrise in the morning without even leaving your room. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the lobby downstairs is a great spot for photos. It's also quite close to the Shizimen Huafa Mall, so if you find the hotel's dining options a bit pricey, you can walk a few hundred meters to the mall for a wider range of choices to suit any budget. A morning stroll by the sea is also incredibly pleasant.
