The Italian restaurant served authentic and delicious dishes, and the breakfast was hearty and satisfying. The bar had an amazing ambiance, perfect for a relaxing drink. The exquisite afternoon tea at the 'Le Bar' was both beautiful and delicious, offering a leisurely and delightful experience. And the SPA provided professional treatments that were truly effective in relieving fatigue. This stay completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-sized room, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable—not too soft, not too firm. The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The rooftop sky garden offers a delightful view. The hotel is right next to Lianhua Mountain Park, making an evening stroll after dinner super comfortable and relaxing. It's just one subway stop to Huaqiangbei for shopping and sightseeing, and the Gangsha Hui downstairs has a dazzling night view. Getting to the Shopping Park bar street is convenient, and it's hassle-free to grab a drink with friends. The front desk service is attentive, making for a perfect stay and travel experience.

The room size was pretty good, and it's super close to Gongbei Port – you can even see it from the room! The cleaning lady was lovely; she folded our clothes and left them on the bed every day. 😂👍 We also loved the smart robot, Xiaobai 🤖. The only downside is that despite how heavy the door is, it's not very soundproof. You can hear everything quite clearly if people in the next room are talking a bit loudly 🤦‍♀️. Luckily, the front desk provided earplugs 🤷‍♀️.

It's close to the high-speed train station and Jinwan Airport. Overall, it's great. In short, everything was outstanding, highly recommended! We'll definitely return if we get the chance!

We specifically chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel for our family trip and were extremely satisfied! 👍👍👍 The hotel is conveniently located near Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship, with complimentary shuttle buses available. You also have the option to take the hotel's boat for an extra fee, both experiences are great. 👍 We booked a twin room, which was very spacious and came with a balcony. The room was well-equipped, bright, and airy, with thoughtful touches like kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and a small stool. The balcony offered an open view of the park, and we could even hear the distant sound of waves at night, which the kids absolutely loved. The water park is a paradise for children, with a lazy river, water slides, and a wave pool all well-maintained. There were lifeguards constantly patrolling, making us feel very secure. Breakfast at the Dolphin Restaurant offered a wide variety of food, and the cutlery was well-stocked with cute little spoons and bowls for kids, which made us feel more at ease about their meals. The service was also excellent. The hotel grounds also feature a dolphin pool and a flamingo area. It was our first time getting so close to dolphins for photos, and they turned out amazing. The hotel's overall cleanliness was high, and the staff were very responsive. Both check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. 👍👍👍

I've pretty much stayed at all the hotels in Guangzhou, so this time I decided to try Guangzhou's first five-star hotel: the White Swan Hotel. Even though I booked it late in the day, the hotel was very responsive and helpful when I contacted them. Not only did they upgrade me to a river view room, but they also extended my check-out time until 4:00 PM. The room had been renovated and even had a smart toilet. The bed was super soft and comfortable, and the cleaning and turndown service were very thorough. The duty manager even sent up some cookies as a treat. The only downside is that the soundproofing might not be the best, but that's understandable for an older hotel. I've eaten at the hotel's Jade Orchid restaurant before, and the food was excellent. I'll definitely be back to stay again if I get the chance!
