I checked into your hotel on January 11th, really looking forward to a warm and fun interaction with the hotel's mascot IP. However, the actual experience was a huge disappointment – 'Pi Pi' was cold and dismissive, and what was even more puzzling was that it only interacted with children, completely ignoring me, an 'adult friend.' This clear preferential treatment not only significantly diminished my interaction experience but also left me feeling quite let down, and at one point, I even questioned the quality of your hotel's service. Fortunately, when I stayed at your hotel again on January 24th, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the interaction experience had improved somewhat. This time, both 'Dou Ding' and 'Pi Pi' showed tremendous enthusiasm and friendliness. During the interaction, they not only initiated contact with me but also patiently chatted and took photos with me. Afterwards, they thoughtfully presented me with their autographs. The moment I received the autographs, I truly felt respected and valued. This wonderful experience was like a ray of warm sunshine in winter, dispelling my previous disappointment and making my stay exceptionally fulfilling. I hope they can maintain this enthusiasm every day; I believe it will help establish an excellent brand image for the hotel.

The location is great, right next to Qingming Riverside Landscape Park, about a 300-meter walk to the scenic area. Public transportation is convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. There's also an underground parking lot, which is very convenient for parking. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. Check-in was efficient, and they were always ready to assist with any request. They even proactively shared local travel tips. The little cats and dogs in the courtyard were also adorable. The room facilities were complete, and the underfloor heating was wonderfully warm – though a humidifier would be a nice bonus. The hairdryer and toilet in the room were excellent, and the hot water was very comfortable. Each room has a unique design, perfect for couples. Overall, my stay was comfortable and pleasant, offering great value for money. I'll definitely come back again!

If I could give 11/10, I would. I came on the day of the heaviest snow this year. Just when I thought everything went wrong, it turned out to be memorable. Flight delay, then airport delayed flight parking due to the snow. My booked Didi (another app) driver left. Was stuck in the ONLY didi driver’s shared car making its way from Zhengzhou to Luoyang — he drove from 11pm to 5.30 am going at 40 to 50 km/h because the roads were iced up and slippery (even his car had slid through and hit the barriers twice) . The owner added the driver’s contact and waited up all night until the early morning for me to check in and carry the luggage up. The price, the location and the very nice owner make this homestay an excellent one — better than a hotel. There isn’t any elevators but the owner helps out with the luggage. The room is large and comfortable. He had turned on the heating for me before I arrived to warm up the room. The breakfast is delicious. The homestay is near to Luoyi Ancient city (a few minutes walk) and Luoyi Ancient City metro. His hand-drawn map highlights all the good spots. His daughter is adorable too.

My last stop in Luoyang was such a pleasant surprise! The butler-style service made me feel meticulously cared for the moment I walked in. I booked a courtyard hot spring room, and it just so happened to be snowing heavily in Luoyang. Soaking in the hot spring indoors while enjoying the snowy courtyard view was absolutely blissful! The breakfast was a mix of buffet and à la carte. The à la carte dishes were incredibly well-prepared! I ordered the eggs Benedict and waffles, and they were super delicious! Even the fruits served with the waffles were fragrant and sweet, which really shows the hotel's high standards for quality. Plus, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the station, which was a huge convenience for me traveling with luggage and a child!

The hotel facilities are excellent. The overall decor and room interiors are very stylish, blending modern hotel design with a charming Sui and Tang dynasty cultural theme. The restaurant, laundry room, gym, and other facilities are all well-equipped, and even have Chinese-inspired names, which is a nice touch. Service was outstanding. We were proactively upgraded to a better room upon check-in, and every day we received fresh fruit, special desserts, and a 'goodnight' congee. Any requests we had were promptly addressed, and they even provided bathtub liners and other amenities. Takeout deliveries were brought to our room by a robot, which was quite cool. The airport and high-speed rail transfer service was fantastic. We had a comfortable business car to the high-speed rail station, and staff were there to help with luggage when getting in and out. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Luoyang.

Stepping into Yun Hua Li feels like leaving the hustle and bustle of the world behind, as if ancient charm is woven into every brick and tile, and red lanterns softly cast their glow in the night. Every step here resonates with the allure of Jiangnan and traditional Chinese architecture. Cobblestone paths wind through, greenery subtly sprouts between bricks, and as night falls, lanterns illuminate, casting their light on the upturned eaves, transforming the scene into a flowing classical painting. During the day, the foxtail grass sways gently on the terrace. Looking up, you see dark grey rooftops and the distant bell tower, and time itself seems to slow down. Brewing a pot of tea and leaning against the railing, watching the clouds drift by and listening to the wind chime through the eaves' copper bells, the relaxed elegance of Chinese aesthetics is fully embraced at this moment. No need to journey far; at Yun Hua Li, every day becomes a poem.

Fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. It's perfect for couples or families looking for a getaway. The privacy is excellent, and the bed in the room is very comfortable. There's a restaurant, and if you don't feel like going out, you can order food to be delivered to your room – the taste is amazing! The outdoor hot spring is superb! Breakfast is plentiful. We missed out on the hot pot and soaking in the snow, which is a bit of a shame. The facilities are new, and the room comes with complimentary tea bags! The disposable toiletries feel quite comprehensive, with toothbrushes, combs, shower caps, and a vanity kit. They even helped carry my luggage to the room. The breakfast was quite varied; they really thought of everything to cater to different tastes, which is a great touch.

I was traveling with my children from Xi'an and chose the hot spring hotel opposite the park for convenience. If you book a two-day and one-night hotel + Animal Kingdom + hot spring package, you can stay in the Animal Kingdom unlimited times for two days. The hotel is clean and tidy from the moment you enter, and the front desk staff has a very good attitude. When you bring your children, you get a free upgrade to the room type. The room is not small, but it is not enough for a bath. You have to go to the first floor of the hotel, and there is no way to bathe in the room. The breakfast was average and tasted moderate. Most of the hot spring pools are open until 22:00 in the evening. There are pools for children to play in. Because of the tight schedule, I was not able to experience it. The overall attitude of the hotel service staff is very good. I remember that there was a room lady named Wendy Zhang Chunxia who responded to the inquiry and introduced the other facilities of the hotel. Before leaving, she specifically told her to contact us if she had any questions. Thank you to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality. . Before leaving the hotel, the children specifically promised to stay here again next time. The service will make up for many shortcomings. I wish your hotel a prosperous business. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Lijinmen subway station. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, with the Lijinmen scenic area just across the road. Attractions like Yingtianmen, Mingtang Tiantang, and Jiuzhou Pool are all just a few minutes' walk away. Luoyi Ancient City is only one subway stop away. Although the hotel is at an intersection, it's very quiet at night, with absolutely no noise. The breakfast is served in individual portions and is delicious and filling. The front desk continuously provides warm bottled water, which you can take as much as you like. My stay here was fantastic!
