Comfortable hotel, with a big space area! Perfect for 2 travellers with big luggages. The aircon doesn’t work during winter, so we had to open the windows for some airflow. It’s a popular local hotel, as we can tell from many tour buses that drop people off there. They say there’s a limit of 4 bottles of water that they can give a room. Which was disappointing especially when we tend to drink a lot of water. The laundry room also closes at 9pm, and only opens at 10am. It’s very easy to get didi there though, so it’s great.

This hotel truly embodies the warm hospitality of Northeast China! The service was incredibly enthusiastic and always came with a smile. We especially loved the complimentary wellness tea in the lobby; it was so comforting to have a warm cup after being out in the snowy weather, and they were happy to refill it for us when we asked for more. The hotel allows food deliveries, and a robot brings them directly to your room, which is an absolute godsend! It's so warm inside the room that having to bundle up, go down to the first floor to pick up an order, and then peel off all those layers again would have been a real hassle. So, a huge thank you for the robot service! We accidentally stained the sheets and duvet cover twice, and the service was prompt and efficient in replacing them each time. The location is fantastic, right in the city center with a bus stop directly outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere. Given how cold it was, we mostly took taxis, and the hotel's street-side location made pickups and drop-offs very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel! I liked everything very much. Good location! next to the center. Shopping centers 10 minutes walk. The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed, 2 types of cool pillows, soft blanket. A great place to relax after an active day. Lovely girls work at the reception, who will always help you in everything and treat you to coffee or tea. I recommend this hotel for booking! I really want to come back here again!

The hotel is huge with a great environment and a convenient location, just ten minutes from the high-speed train station when you leave. The shuttle service to and from the station is very convenient, and the driver was punctual. The front desk staff were warm and attentive in their service. It's also close to Enduli and various activities. The Guardian Hot Spring is very unique. The security guard and a lovely lady from Shandong working at the bathhouse were both very enthusiastic. The breakfast selection is abundant, and the late-night noodles were delicious. They even have robots deliver takeout, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a very satisfying stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit the North Slope.

The room layout was open and well-designed, with plenty of natural light. The soundproofing was also excellent—I couldn't hear any outside noise. The Chinese-style soft furnishings added an elegant and tasteful touch, making the stay both comfortable and atmospheric. Even just relaxing in the room felt incredibly pleasant. 🧹 **Cleanliness and Environment** The cleanliness was truly impeccable! Every corner of the room was spotless, the bedding was clean and soft, and the toiletries were high-quality, making me feel completely at ease. The hotel's overall environment was elegant and tranquil, with a tasteful Chinese design in the lobby and public areas, free from any clutter. The location was an even bigger bonus: right next to MixC shopping mall and Renmin Square Metro Station. It was just a few minutes' walk to transfer metro lines or go shopping, making both commuting and finding food incredibly convenient. One evening, when I asked for directions, a front desk staff member patiently answered my questions and even helped me check bus times. Throughout my stay, I felt a genuine sense of warmth and being at home – it didn't feel like a hotel at all, but rather like returning to a familiar place. ☕ **Breakfast and Taste** Breakfast was full of surprises! The variety was astounding, with Chinese porridges, freshly made noodles, hot dishes, and local specialties all available. Western-style bread, coffee, and fresh fruit were equally impressive. I particularly loved the freshly made noodles here; they were authentic and comforting. The bread was soft and delicious, the coffee rich and aromatic, and the fruits were always fresh daily. The dining environment was clean and bright, and the staff proactively refilled tea/water and cleared plates promptly. A rich breakfast like this perfectly set a good mood for the whole day – truly satisfying! In summary, my stay was flawless. Great experience at Swissôtel Changbaishan! The service was incredible from start to finish. We were able to check into our room immediately upon arrival at 11am and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade — from a standard queen room to a spacious suite with a separate living area, kitchen, and two bathrooms. A fantastic way to start the trip. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive, offering almost round-the-clock support via WeChat with very quick replies. The built-in translation feature made communication smooth and easy, which we really appreciated. The location itself is beautiful. The European-inspired architecture and charming walking street genuinely make it feel like a small Swiss mountain town — aside from the many Chinese restaurants, of course. It’s a very scenic and relaxing environment. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, including a standard Western/English breakfast along with plenty of Chinese and ASEAN dishes. Something for everyone. The ski center and slopes are just a short walk away, which is very convenient. Do note that this area mainly offers green and blue runs, the mountain is relatively small and doesn’t have more challenging slopes. It’s perfect for beginners or those looking to practice, but advanced skiers may find it limited. We arrived toward the end of the season, so the snow was starting to melt. However, the slopes were still very well maintained, smooth and surprisingly free of icy patches. Ski rentals are available at the ski center. Basic skis and equipment are included free of charge, while gloves and goggles can be rented for a small fee. After skiing, we visited the spa at Club Med, which was included in the room rate. The facility was surprisingly large, featuring outdoor hot springs (onsen-style pools), saunas, steam rooms, and massage services, the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a great destination for a relaxed ski getaway.

This five-star hotel gave me a great sense of security. I was so lucky to see the Heavenly Lake (Tianchi) at Changbai Mountain. They have a VIP fast track that saved a lot of time. And our butler, Li Chao, was incredibly responsive, arranging everything thoughtfully and promptly for guests. We missed the hotel's shuttle to the ski resort by a few minutes, and the butler immediately arranged for a dedicated hotel car to rush us to the next stop, the Crown Hotel, to catch our transport. It was incredibly thoughtful! For lazy travelers like us who don't want to think too much, it was such a stress-free experience. The breakfast was also excellent. The front desk was fantastic too; upon arrival, they upgraded us directly to a business executive room, which was comfortable and spacious. It's in Building 1 with direct access to the hot springs, and we enjoyed them for two nights – my child absolutely loved it. All the staff were welcoming and very attentive. The Food Court (Meishi Hui) had a great variety and generous portions, and everything was delicious. At the barbecue stand, I even got to try on traditional Korean clothing. Seeing the Heavenly Lake, which is only open for 50 days in winter, was an amazing experience. The train station shuttle service was also five-star; on our return, even though it was just the two of us, the bus still picked us up on time. Truly VIP service! Next time I visit Changbai Mountain, I'll definitely stay at Lan Jing again.

Had an amazing time soaking in the hot springs here; the Changbai Mountain hot springs are truly delightful. The VIP access is an absolute lifesaver – no need to wake up early to visit Changbai Mountain! The butler service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, and they even upgraded us to a mountain view room for free, which offered stunning views. They also helped us book the buffet and arranged a car to town. Their responses were super prompt. The only minor points were that the hotel mattress was a bit soft for my liking, and I was surprised there were no complimentary drinks or welcome fruit in the mini-bar. Other than that, everything was perfect!

This hotel is the best choice for visiting the Yanji Chinese Korean Folklore Park during the holidays. Not only can you enjoy unlimited entry and exit of the Folklore Park when you stay there, but you can also enjoy the entire park when the Folklore Park is off work and take pictures of the beautiful scenery in the park at will. The B&B area has the best environment, the most beautiful scenery, and the most unique architecture in the park. It is an excellent place to take pictures and check in. The B&B service is thoughtful and considerate, especially Brother Li is serious and responsible, patient and meticulous, and perfectly answers various questions during the stay, which is very touching. Sincerely wish the business to be prosperous and the source of customers to keep rolling!
