MMrGreatangThe hotel focuses on a family-friendly theme, making it suitable for little ones of all ages with very well-equipped facilities for children. The staff are warm, friendly, and patient. The complimentary snacks and amenities in the room are replenished very quickly, and the environment is fantastic—everything you could possibly need is right here in the hotel. A special mention to Trip.com for their excellent booking service, which provided a wonderful reservation experience for guests. I will definitely stay here again next time!

🏠 The interior design is very upscale, blending a Southeast Asian resort vibe with the signature glamorous opulence of Macau. While it's not super close to the casinos, you can get there in about 20 minutes on the hotel shuttle or 10-odd minutes by taxi.
🏋️♀️ The gym and pool area are both extremely quiet and comfortable. I actually ended up buying a swimsuit at the last minute just so I could go swimming, haha.
🍚 We tried both the Chinese and Japanese restaurants at the hotel. Personally, I thought the Japanese food was better, while the Chinese cuisine was pretty average. The Japanese food was super fresh and delicious.
👍 A big thank you to Ceci at the front desk for upgrading the room for us two mother-daughter duos. Having a small balcony to dry our swimsuits and soak up the sun made this stay even more delightful.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel location is a bit inconvenient; you need to transfer to a bus, and there are no convenience stores nearby. It takes about a 12-15 minute walk towards the back of Senado Square to find a supermarket or convenience store. The items at the hotel's own convenience store are extremely expensive. The guest room is very spacious, with plenty of room, clean, and tidy, though it feels a bit dated, and you can tell it has been recently renovated. The hotel is close to the Fisherman's Wharf, but there are very few restaurant options, making it feel like a declining pedestrian street. On the positive side, it is very quiet. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is quite good and worth recommending. While the service was generally very great, the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping departments were only so-so—expressionless, mechanical, and lacking a warm touch. Furthermore, outside concierge and security staff were seen eating midnight snacks and chatting leisurely, which raised a few safety concerns. The hotel definitely needs to train its staff.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and quiet, not noisy at all unlike some of the reviews suggested. It was very spacious and great for a family gathering. Most importantly, Ms. Lily at the front desk was a huge help to us. We had three rooms in total with different check-in and check-out dates, and by mistake, one of them was checked out prematurely. Thanks to Lily's persistent communication with the housekeeping department, she finally got everything sorted out smoothly. We are truly grateful.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious, especially the bathroom, which had a bathtub, a shower, and still plenty of room. The air had a slightly musty smell, but it was tolerable! The service attitude was similar to what you'd find in China, with very polite greeters! There wasn't much for breakfast, and many places nearby only opened at 10 AM, though there were a few 24-hour shops. The restaurant downstairs closed at 10:30 PM! There's no **car**, but there's a bus stop nearby. If you're not familiar with the area, you won't know how to take the bus. The first time I hailed a taxi, it was quick, but after that, I couldn't get one for over ten minutes! It's more affordable on weekdays, but a bit expensive on Saturdays!

The front desk service was efficient, handling check-in procedures quickly. The duvet cover was very comfortable, and all equipment worked perfectly with stable supplies. My stay was smooth, and it offers great value for money. I would choose this hotel again.

Transportation is super convenient, very close to Gongbei Port.
The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk even upgraded me! The room experience was superb, and the bathroom's bathtub was huge.

AAihekeledeChaoTraveling with my family, I finally booked the hotel I've always wanted to stay at. Summer is super busy, so I avoided the peak season – what a relief! The front desk lady was very responsible and meticulous; she saw that my child's birthday was this month and upgraded our room for free, even giving us a thoughtful little gift. The hotel is impeccable, the details are just perfect. My child loved playing in the water, and we could go shopping and eat downstairs. It was fantastic!

I came here on a recommendation from a friend, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. The location is also very convenient with a well-developed transportation network; there are ** buses right at the doorstep, and it's very close to the casino.

GGuest UserAhead of the holiday, I still chose to stay at Hotel Lisboa in Macau. Besides being great value for money, the environment, hygiene, and service were excellent, and getting around was convenient. The view from the window was lovely, and I thoroughly enjoyed strolling the streets and walking along Nam Van Lake in the evening.
