The hotel is right next to the 'One Glance, Three Countries' spot, which is a bit far from the Grand Waterfall. The Grand Waterfall is very close to the airport, so if you're short on time, going back and forth would be very inconvenient. The hotel offers food at any time, which is incredibly convenient!

Came over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth.
The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel.
The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch.
The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread.
We had an enjoyable experience.

The apartment type is cleaner and quieter than the loft. The room is overall good, but the plugs are all angled and there is no USB connector. So you have to remember to bring the adapter, otherwise you will be confused.
The network was not very good. It rained and there was a thunderstorm at night. The network was down and it was not repaired the next day.
You can try the hotel's masseur to relax. You can order it at the front desk and the massage chair will be sent to your room for about 40 minutes at a time. It's simple and relaxing.
I didn’t go to Iguazu Falls because of time issues. You can reserve a driver at the front desk. The last bus is before 3 pm, and it will be closed later.

The design of the hotel is extremely pretty, makes you feel like you are in a rainforest resort. Breakfast has a huge variety but I love eggs so I always request eggs done differently from scrambled. The hotel is located away from the city center so you will need a taxi every time when you go out. Had a bad first experience with the taxi driver but the hotel listened and I had a great driver, Pablo after that incident. A big thank you to Vanessa and also Lucia for all their help during my stay! The other receptionists are really either not helpful or can’t speak English well, that’s disappointing for a 5 star hotel. The hotel swimming pool was under maintenance so I didn’t get to use the pool.

We arrived at night according to the navigation guidelines. All the way to the black light, I thought I went to the wilderness. The hotel is very wonderful. The room can only accommodate 2 people. The children over 3 years old will have to pay 60 yuan for the room. The half-day price is almost noisy and the final price is 40 dollars. The room decoration design is very simple, almost no decoration. The toilet door is facing the bed, the room on the first floor is simpler, two small beds of one meter wide, no carpet. In China, it is completely incompatible with the five-star standard.

EEttie LUKThe hotel staff treated us very warmly and made us feel at home. When checking in, they asked us to change to a waterfall view room at a discounted price, which allowed us to see the waterfall 24 hours a day, adding more splendor to our itinerary. I had a massage at the spa and after doing it, I felt very comfortable and strong! There are very exciting cultural and artistic performances every night! But the restaurant has individual employees whose work performance can be improved, for example, I booked a table for dinner, but when my roommate went to the restaurant to pick up the table herself, she said she could not find my reservation! The food for breakfast was varied and high quality, but the cut fruit had a couple of fruit flies flying around, which made my appetite decrease!
