"Before coming, I compared almost all the hotels and guesthouses on the mountain, and Beihai stood out as having the best value for money. The room size was quite decent, and the concierge service from Xinyi was excellent – she was very knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions and routes. The location is also good; it's about a 10-minute walk to Monkey Watching the Sea, which is currently the closest viewpoint for sunrise. Bright Summit is a bit further, probably a 45-minute to an hour walk for the average person. The closest to the hotel is the Yungu cable car, about a 20-minute walk, making it very convenient for going up and down the mountain. The hotel restaurant's breakfast spread was very generous, and the à la carte dinner dishes were also delicious, especially the bamboo shoots and the old chicken soup – so fragrant! The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. There's also a cat named Yundou, who's plump and adorable and often wanders around the hotel entrance early in the morning. Right outside the hotel, there's also a medical station, a police station, and a coffee shop, which makes the facilities incredibly convenient. While prices on the mountain are high, it's understandable, considering all the food and drinks are carried up by porters. I hope they are compensated fairly for their hard work. Overall, it was a good experience, and the money was well spent."

"Objectively speaking, the facilities aren't brand new, but the hotel experience was very comfortable. The hygiene was excellent, and the bedding was incredibly soft and cozy, leading to a fantastic night's sleep. It's a more traditional five-star hotel with a spacious courtyard and it's also very close to the lake. You can tell they have high standards in many areas, for instance, even the remote controls are disinfected."

"I stayed at the Westin Hotel in Hefei for two nights during the National Day holiday, and I was very satisfied – it exceeded my expectations! First off, the location is excellent. Wanda Plaza is right across the street, and it's very close to Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street (personally, I think Huaihe Street is much more fun than Lejie Street). There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, making it super convenient for getting around and exploring. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived until I checked out. Any requests I had were promptly attended to. Both beds in the room were 1.37 meters wide, and I slept wonderfully both nights. There was also a long sofa in the room, which was perfect for relaxing. I especially want to commend the shower – the water pressure was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower experience. Next time I'm in Hefei, I'll definitely be staying here again!"

I chose to stay at The Langham Hefei for Eric Chou's concert, and my experience exceeded expectations. Mindy, a staff member, arranged the room perfectly in advance, and the front desk even gave me concert merchandise, making my check-in very pleasant. The hotel is super close to the concert venue, about a 5-minute walk, and I could even hear Eric Chou's concert rehearsal from the hotel – it was so exciting! After the concert, returning to the hotel, they thoughtfully prepared ginger tea to ward off the evening chill, showing incredible attention to detail and warmth. The room was comfortable and quiet, the location was convenient for getting around, and the service was attentive throughout. Such thoughtfulness made me feel incredibly warm, and they even helped arrange a late check-out! 👍 I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I come to Hefei for a concert!

I came for the location to catch a sunset and sunrise over huangshan and the hotel is perfect for that. The cozy solo room had everything I needed and a nice view to top it up. The hotel is super confortable and provides everything you need including warm jackets and torchlight for sunset / sunrise viewing (meaning you don't need to bring any of it with you on the mountain, I wish I had asked before). The concierges were super helpful and gave me advice for sunset /sunrise viewing (the hotel also provide the local weather forecast including time, visibility probability and sea cloud probablity), all of which less than 20 minutes away from the hotel. I was to catch both and then come back to the hotel for dinner / breakfast (both of which were very good with a wide variety of dishes). Everything (room and dinner) was pricier than in other cities but given the location at the summit and the benefits of enjoying the mountain late afternoon and early morning without the huge crowds of the day, it was worth every single euro and allowed me not to rush the trip.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's right across the street when you get off the bus in Tangkou Town. The value for money is also great. The staff are very enthusiastic; they helped me arrange a shared ride from Huangshan North directly to the hotel for 35 yuan. Storing my luggage at the hotel before heading up the mountain was very convenient. The restaurant next door was delicious; I ordered the signature stinky mandarin fish and the boss recommended the bamboo shoots, both of which were fantastic. Hotel guests also get a 15% discount. After coming down from Huangshan, I had a bowl of local specialty noodles with toppings, which also didn't disappoint. After descending, I even got a foot massage at the hotel to relax a bit before ending my Huangshan trip. If there's one minor flaw, it's that the toilet had a slight odor. The hotel also gave me some shaobing (sesame flatbreads), which I unexpectedly found quite tasty.

We were received by Xiaoji at Xihai, who was exceptionally enthusiastic. He introduced us to the sunrise 🌅 and sunset 🌇 viewing schedules and itineraries, and even upgraded us to an Area A room for free. The room was fully equipped with a set of three-piece cold-weather gear and was extremely clean. There is a buffet restaurant downstairs, which costs 98 RMB per person at the mountaintop, and the price feels quite reasonable. There were also folk performance shows in the evening, which the kids loved. It was truly a super pleasant stay. Xihai Hotel is very convenient for visiting the Xihai Grand Canyon, but please note that after taking the monorail back up, you need to walk all the way back via Bright Summit (Guangmingding) and Flying-Over Rock (Feilaishi). All in all, our two-day trip was successfully completed with great weather. Highly recommended!

I came to watch my idol's concert, and this hotel was recommended by a fellow fan. I have to say, both the service attitude and the hotel environment are excellent. My personal butler also proactively contacted me to ask if I needed extra mineral water or a late check-out, among other services. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's breakfast is quite unique. If my idol comes to Hefei for another concert next time, I'll definitely book this place again.

A perfect Huizhou-style resort experience, highly recommended for a leisurely trip with elders! The hotel grounds are serene and beautiful. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and gentle, very considerate of the elderly person in our group. They even sent a cake and decorated the room for their birthday. The room was spacious and elegant with a great view. Breakfast was high quality with a rich variety of dishes. Both the elders and children had a wonderful stay, the experience was fantastic, highly recommended!

Five-star review all around!!! Easily the best hotel I've stayed in for years!!! My husband and I were driving back to Shandong, and since it was raining yesterday, we decided to stop in Chuzhou for a day. We booked this hotel on a whim and didn't expect it to be this good!!! The welcome fruit was fresh, the bedding was comfortable, and everything provided was high quality, very classy. Even the carpets in the hotel hallways felt extra thick, completely different underfoot!! If we ever come to Chuzhou again, we'll definitely stay here.

I drove here and chose this hotel because of its good online reviews. What impressed me most was its peaceful atmosphere despite being in a busy area. It's conveniently located near the old town, and most importantly, the service was excellent. The staff were thoughtful, actively guiding guests, helping with luggage, and even taking guests to the old town. The hotel's hygiene was also good, and breakfast offered a wide variety. There's also a free pool, which I unfortunately didn't get to experience due to my short stay.

Facilities: It has everything you need, just like a hotel down in the city. Cleanliness: Perhaps my room wasn't very big, but the cleanliness was decent. It's probably a good idea to wipe down the hairdryer yourself. Environment: The environment was cozy, even if the room was small. Service: The service was great. My room, 215, was next to their office, and the light was on constantly. Even with the curtains drawn, there was a small gap. I couldn't call the front desk, but when I mentioned it, they immediately sent up an eye mask and earplugs. The service was excellent. The automatic hand soap dispenser could be changed to a pump-style one; it was out of power and unusable as soon as I checked in.
